Every Shattered Dream Part Five….

2351-210x336

The last part of my serial for Totally Bound came out last Friday. Every Shattered Dream Part Five…I hope you were all able to grab it and see how the story ends for Logan and Dawson. πŸ™‚ And Kenny…lol. You can check it out here.

Also, as some of you might have noticed Total e-Bound got a face lift and became Totally Bound. Yay! Their new website is gorgeous. One of the things they offer are box sets of different genre of books. No Going Home is in the Lassoes & Lust box set along with Carol Lynne, Amber Kell, Bailey Bradford, and Talia Carmichael. It’s to give people a chance to sample some of the cowboy stories they have out. πŸ™‚ I think it’s a wonderful idea. Makes me want to go out and buy it, even though I already have copies of my book…lol Click here to check it out.

Well, I have a marvelous time at GRL. Got to see a lot of friends and people I consider family. πŸ™‚ But now that I’m home and unpacked, it’s time to buckle down and get some stories written. First I have to run to the grocery store since there’s no human food in the house…lol. Only food for the cats.

I hope you all have an awesome day.

Ghost of a Chance is available again….

MLR Press has re-released Ghost of a Chance today. Click here to check it out. It’s just been re-edited, so if Β you already have it, you don’t need to pick it up. πŸ™‚

And I want to thank all of you for making No Going Home, Leaving Home, and A Sticky Wicket in Bollywood all best sellers at ARe. Also, they’re doing great at Amazon as well, which amazes me. πŸ™‚ Β So thank you all again.

I’ll be writing all weekend to get some stories done that need to be turned in next week. πŸ™‚

I hope you all have a great weekend, and for those of you who are mothers, have an awesome Mother’s Day.

Back from RT…

I’m back from RT. I had a marvelous time getting to see all my friends and meeting new ones. πŸ™‚

While I was gone, I had a new release come out. I’d forgotten that Total e-Bound was changing their release day from Monday to Friday. So, A Sticky Wicket in Bollywood came out on Friday and is all ready zooming up the Bestseller chart at ARe. πŸ™‚ Click here to check it out. It’s only .99 cents right now because Total e-Bound is also starting a new program First in a Series, where they’re taking select series and marking the first book in it at .99 cents, so people who haven’t given it a try can pick it up. No Going Home is also only .99 cents. So if any of you have friends who might have hesitated to read NGH before, this might be a good incentive for them to try now. lol

I will have the next installment of Hearts up and ready to read for you tomorrow. πŸ™‚ And for any who might be wondering, no…you didn’t miss any story on Edward from the Home series. I haven’t written one yet, though I’m hoping to do so next year.

Have a great day, everyone. πŸ™‚

Monday again…

Check out what I saw from my kitchen in my backyard….not really. And not that any of you really thought there’d be penguins in my backyard. Though that would have been totally awesome…lol. It did snow last night though, and I’m not very happy about it. I’m hoping the roads are good, so I can go up and visit my mom today. Didn’t get up there yesterday because I had a headache.

Okay…to update you on my writing. Home Sweet Home is going well. Not as far along as I’d like, but still I’m sure I can get it done by the end of the month. πŸ™‚ The Occasional Prostitute (my contribution to the 2013 GRL antho) is coming along as well.

Also, Devon Rhodes and I have started our book. We’re writing a series of six stories about men and international sports. So the sports aren’t going to be your usual basketball, baseball, or anything like that. A Sticky Wicket in Bollywood is the first in the series, and it’s about cricket and is set in India. Hopefully when it comes out, you’ll all love it. πŸ™‚

Plus Ninja Cupcakes is out for general release at Total e-Bound, and Home of his Own is up for VIP download. If anyone is interested in them, or for some reason, doesn’t have them yet. Wishing for a Home has hit the coming soon page at TeB and No Going Home is available in print starting today.

Oh…and my marvelous editor at MLR Press, Kris Jacen, has an interview at Top2Bottom Review. Please take a minute to stop by and read it. She talks about how busy an editor’s life really is. In my opinion, editors have the tough job out there. At times, I think writing is hard, but really I’m just putting Β down on ‘paper’ the daydreams in my head. Kris has to make sure those daydreams make sense. πŸ™‚

Almost forgot the link. Click here.

Well, I have a lot of work to do…and not enough hours in the day to do it. I hope you all have an awesome Monday.

New Cover….

This is the new cover for the re-release of Where the Devil Dances. It’ll be out next year in the first couple of months. I don’t have my calendar up to give you an exact date…lol. You can check it out on the my site. πŸ™‚

Also, No Going Home has been re-released by Total e-Bound. If you hadn’t picked it up when it was available before. πŸ™‚ There isn’t anything new added to this version, just re-edited. So if you already have it, you don’t have to pick it up…unless you want the new cover. The good news is…if you’ve always wanted a print copy of No Going Home, you’ll be able to get one in the next couple of months. I can’t wait to see all the Home books out in print. Yay!

Still working on The Whore of New Slum. I might not get the next installment of the blog story done today. I’m going to try and get as much of The Whore done today as I can. The deadline to sub it is Dec. 1st…and I’d really like to get it done before then. πŸ™‚

Have a great day.

Finally feeling good…

Finally, I don’t feel like I could fall asleep sitting up. πŸ™‚ That’s always a good thing and I got some writing done as well yesterday. I’m writing a steampunk story for Amber Allure, and I got started on it. Yay! It’s due Dec. 1st, so I would like to get it done way before that.

I got the news today that The Vanguard will be released in print in Dec. and No Going Home will out in print in January. Yay! Of course, those dates can change and I’ll keep you updated on that.

Well, I’ll be diving back into my steampunk story now. I hope you all have a great day and a wonderful weekend.

Finally Friday

Yes..the weekend is almost here. Just another eight hours or so…and it’s official. Lol. Unfortunately, I’ll be doing edits all today and tomorrow probably. Have to finish up the final line edits on The Vanguard and do my first set of edits on No Going Home. That way they can get done and up for pre-order soon. πŸ™‚

I also plan to do some more writing to see if I can finish anything. Never know. lol

I hope you all have a great weekend.

The Subtlety of Understanding is out

The Subtlety of Understanding has been re-released by MLR Press today. It’s a combination of Understanding Forgiveness and Understanding the Past. Also, it’ll be out in print in two week or so. Yay!

Now that they are at a different publisher, I’m planning on writing more in the series. There were a few couples whose stories were left unresolved, so their stories will be added to my schedule. πŸ™‚

And for those who are wondering about the Home series, don’t worry. They will be re-released as well, starting in October of this year. And the last two Home books will be out in Feb. and Mar. of next year. The awesome news about that is all the Home books will be in print as well. πŸ™‚ Just so you know, there won’t be anything new in No Going Home. Home of his Own won’t have the little short story at the end, but it’ll be released as a free book later on. Wishing for a Home has been added to, so it’s now long enough to go into print.

I hope you all have a great day and a wonderful weekend.

Last Monday in February

Since it’s so close to the end of the month, I thought I’d let you all know what my news is. If you’ve gone to ARe, or really any of the 3rd party sellers-or to Liquid Silver Books website to look for any of my books published by them, you won’t find them. After four great years being published with them and working with them, I decided to take the rights back to all my books. The only two left with LSB at the moment are Where the Devil Dances, and Two for One. Because both of those are published with other authors, I had to wait the full 90 days before I could get those back. Which is fine with me.

Again, I want to emphasize that my decision had nothing to do with Liquid Silver Books. They’re great people, and I loved working with them. I just decided it was time to move my books somewhere else. The purpose behind it is to consolidate my publishers and make it a little less of a search for you, the readers, to find my books. If I have them at three or four publishers instead of six or seven, it’d be quicker…lol.

And the good news is Total e-Bound has decided to pick up the Home series and Stealing Life so far. The other books are under review with them. πŸ™‚ Β So at the moment, I have release dates for them, barring any unforeseen problem. Β No Going Home will be re-released Oct. 15th, Home of His Own-Dec. 31st. Wishing for a Home-Jan 28th. Β Also, I have release dates for the last two books in the series, Leaving Home will be out Feb. 25th and Home Sweet Home will be out March 25th. Stealing Life will be out April 22nd. The other news is all of the Home books will be released in print as well. I added more to Wishing to get it up to the right word count for print. So that’s awesome news.

Now I know you’re all probably grumbling about having to wait until next year for the last two books in the series, but at least you have actual dates to mark on your calendar to look forward to. πŸ™‚ There are six more LSB books that TeB will be taking a look at to see if they want them or not. If not, I do have other options to publishing them, so they will be re-released at some point.

I did a pre-release schedule from Total e-Bound that goes through April of 2013. That makes me happy, and it’s a schedule I can keep without pulling my hair out…lol. I finished From Slavery to Freedom on Friday, and sent it off to my beta reader. Once she’s done, and tells me everything I need to fix, I’ll get it in to my editor at TeB. FStF is scheduled to be released on July 31st. Woot! I’m working on The Deepest Cut at the moment, trying to get it finished as well. We’ll see how far I can get on that before I have to start the second book in The Beasor Chronicles trilogy.

There are plans to take back some other books back from another publisher of mine, but until it actually happens, I’m keeping as silent as I can about that. πŸ™‚ Again, I’m taking my rights back for no other reason than it’s time to move on. It’s been fun working with all my different publishers. Simply time to gather my little ducklings into fewer baskets.

I hope you all have a great day.

Yay! Thank you.

I received good news yesterday. πŸ™‚ Nick of Time is still #1 on the Amber Allure best seller list for Sept. And Bitter Creek’s Redemption is #2. Woo-hoo!

Thank you to everyone who bought both or either of the books. I appreciate you more than you will ever know. πŸ˜€ I hope you enjoyed the stories.

Another thing I forgot all about was that Bitter Creek’s Redemption is my 20th book released. Wow. It all started with No Going Home coming out in 2006 and now by the end of 2009, I’ll have 21 books out. (I’m not counting Playing the Game since it’s just a combination of two stories that have already been released…lol) And it was only last Dec. when Bound by Love, my 10th book, came out.

2009 has been a good year so far and I still have three months left…lol. πŸ™‚ I’m not sure if I answered this question or not, but someone asked when/if Bitter Creek’s Redemption was going to be in print. I believe it should be sometime in the middle of October. That’s how it usually works.

Also, I will be doing a couple sequels for Nick of Time and Allergies, but they are on the schedule to be started later. I have to finish up Fighting Dragons, which is running on schedule…lol. Then His Heart’s Home will be next in line to finish up.

Well, I think that’s pretty much everything at the moment. It’s a chilly, but sunny day here, so not all too bad for a Monday.

I hope you all have a great day. πŸ™‚

P.S. Thanks to Jen, if you click here, you can not only see the cover for Playing the Game, but pre-order it from Amazon. πŸ˜‰ Hugs to Jen for sending me the link.
