Rather gloomy day
Last Day of Work…
Let’s see…I’m going to try and get Kellan’s bio and pic ready tonight to post on it’s own tomorrow. That way you don’t miss meeting him and I don’t have to worry about anything when I get home, except sleeping.
Good news…Nick of Time got all the way up to #2 on ARe’s best seller list. It’s at #4 today, but Death or Life has joined it on the list at #9. This is the second time I’ve had two books on the ARe best sellers list. Woo-hoo!
For those of you who haven’t caught up on Understanding the Past, you have until Sunday to read it. After Sunday, I’m pulling the links from the blog. 🙂 That way we have a clean slate for Bastet. (And I haven’t been able to find a way to pronounce Bastet..though if anyone else can, they’re more than welcome to post in the comments.) I assume it would be Bast-et or something like that.

Rain, Rain, Go Away…
Nick of Time is #3 at All Romance Ebooks. Woo-hoo! We’re slowly moving up the list. 🙂 And even though they aren’t in the top ten yet, both Death or Life and Bitter Creek’s Redemption are best sellers there as well. Yay!
I’m working diligently on Fighting Dragons. I’m a little behind where I wanted to be by today, but that’s all right. I have the weekend to make up the word count and I still have a few days leeway to get it done.
Going to see Zombieland tonight. I think…at least that was the plan..lol.

I received good news yesterday. 🙂 Nick of Time is still #1 on the Amber Allure best seller list for Sept. And Bitter Creek’s Redemption is #2. Woo-hoo!
Thank you to everyone who bought both or either of the books. I appreciate you more than you will ever know. 😀 I hope you enjoyed the stories.
Another thing I forgot all about was that Bitter Creek’s Redemption is my 20th book released. Wow. It all started with No Going Home coming out in 2006 and now by the end of 2009, I’ll have 21 books out. (I’m not counting Playing the Game since it’s just a combination of two stories that have already been released…lol) And it was only last Dec. when Bound by Love, my 10th book, came out.
2009 has been a good year so far and I still have three months left…lol. 🙂 I’m not sure if I answered this question or not, but someone asked when/if Bitter Creek’s Redemption was going to be in print. I believe it should be sometime in the middle of October. That’s how it usually works.
Also, I will be doing a couple sequels for Nick of Time and Allergies, but they are on the schedule to be started later. I have to finish up Fighting Dragons, which is running on schedule…lol. Then His Heart’s Home will be next in line to finish up.
Well, I think that’s pretty much everything at the moment. It’s a chilly, but sunny day here, so not all too bad for a Monday.

Ugh! Rain…
Well, it seems fall has hit. It’s cold and raining here. Yuck! lol It would have been a perfect day to stay home and remain curled up under blankets instead of going outside.
Two movies open this weekend that I really want to go see. Zombieland and Whip It. Both look really good. Might have to talk C into taking me to the movies. 🙂
I wanted to thank everyone for puttng Nick of Time and Tabloid Star, #7 and #8 respectively, on All Romance Ebooks’s best seller list. It means a lot to me.
Hmm…not much else to talk about. Oh wait, With this Ring will be out Dec. 29. Woo-hoo! A great New Year’s Eve present for yourself.

It’s the Weekend….
Started the day out right. Three cookies and a pop for breakfast…lol. Not very healthy for me, but hey, I deserve a treat for making it through the week, right? 🙂Not much to report. Watched BONES last night. I enjoyed this episode much more than I did the season premiere. I don’t know why, but there didn’t seem to be the same chemistry between them last week. It was back last night and I was happy.
Writing is going well. Don’t forget. Bitter Creek’s Redemption is coming out this weekend. As soon as it’s available, I’ll make sure to post a link here for everyone. I can’t wait to hear your reactions on how it ends. 🙂

With a groan, Gryphon started fucking Nick’s mouth, and Nick held on, one hand gripping Gryphon’s thigh. He slid the other hand down to play with Gryphon’s balls, rolling them in his palm and tugging on them to draw a hiss from Gryphon.
He winced slightly as Gryphon’s hands fisted in his hair and pulled. Being caught up in the sensations of Nick’s mouth, Gryphon didn’t realize what he was doing and there was no way Nick was going to stop to tell him.
“Soon, honey,” Gryphon forced out between gritted teeth.
Nick nodded slightly, relaxing his muscles even more and massaging Gryphon’s shaft with his throat. His own cock rose up and painted his stomach with wet trails. It throbbed and he knew it wouldn’t take more than a touch from Gryphon to push him over the edge.
Gryphon buried his cock in Nick’s mouth and froze before jerking and flooding Nick’s mouth with hot, salty bitterness. He took everything Gryphon gave him, sucking to get every drop he could.
