New Cover and Blurb
This is the cover for the first of my July releases from Total e-Bound. Gypsies is the first book in The Beasor Chronicles, which is a sci-fi/alternate universes kind of story. lol It’s kind of hard to box into one genre. It’s not ready for pre-order yet, but when it is, I’ll let everyone know. Here’s the link to check it out. Also, I thought I’d share the blurb with everyone. 🙂 Oh, and it’ll be out July 9th.
Blurb:
Book one in The Beasor Chronicles Series
Will the unconditional love of his best friend be enough to help heal Percy after almost being broken mentally and physically?
On Beasor, being a Gypsy gives Percy almost god—like status. His power over nature and animals could allow him to make a good living exploiting people, but he chooses to live with his best friend, Alden, over Alden’s pub in Catalai, the capital of Beasor. Percy loves Alden, but has never been able to tell Alden, afraid the truth would ruin their friendship.
In a fit of jealousy one night, Percy travels through the universes to Earth, and finds himself captured by two humans. As a magical Beasor, silk binds him to their will and Percy finds himself close to breaking in every way as the humans drain his magic.
When Alden rescues Percy, the best friends finally admit to their love, but Percy needs help to replenish his magic and find a way to ease the memories of his captivity. With Alden supporting him every step of the way, Percy fights to heal and become the Gypsy he was once.
Reader Advisory: This book is best read in sequence as part of a series
Hope it sounds interesting to you…and I hope everyone has a great day.
Happy Hunk Day
There’s just something about this guy’s eyes and smile that I love. I had to post it. You can find the rest of the series at Beautiful Magazine. They have some awesome eye candy photos, but most of them aren’t safe for work. Just keep that in mind if you visit…lol.
I just got the news yesterday that Tramps, the second in The Beasor Chronicles, has been moved up to be released August 20th. Which means I need to get cracking and finish it up. The reason it’s being moved up is because Total e-Bound is re-releasing The Vanguard in September. Woo-hoo! I’m really excited about the whole thing because starting in July, I’ll have at least one book a month coming out from TeB, and in July, August, and Dec. I’ll have two books each of those months coming out. We’ve done our best to try and alternate new books with re-releases. So you’ll be getting something new from me every other month, plus all your old favorites with new covers.
I also just saw the cover for From Slavery to Freedom, and as soon as I get the okay, I’ll share it with you. I’m pretty sure we’ll be putting Slavery and Out of Light into Darkness together in a print book, which would be great. 🙂
I still have some other older books whose rights I’ve gotten back, and have to work out who they’re going to. As you might have noticed, you can no longer get Fighting Dragons, Ghost of a Chance, and Dreaming of Dragons from Loose-Id. I’m pretty sure I have a new publisher for them, so as soon as I can, I’ll let you know when those will be available again. Also, I still have to see about finding a home for Death or Life and Not Seeing is Believing. The reason those two don’t have a place yet is simply because I haven’t had the time to re-format them to the right template. As soon as I get a moment to do that, I’ll send them in, and let you know about them as well. 😉
I have final edits to do on Pursing Hope and Angel’s Evoultion. Those will be done today, I’m hoping…along with other things I’ve been neglecting. Most of which are forms I have to fill out…lol. I did let you all know Angel is being re-released by MLR Press, right?
Someone asked about Rover’s story, and I’m hoping I can get to it later this year. I have a few other stories I’ve promised first to different publishers, but as soon as those are done, I’ll be getting to his story. 🙂
Well, I think that’s all I have to say at the moment. I hope you all have a great Wednesday.
Happy Hunk Day
Today’s a busy day. I have a galley to look over for my upcoming release, Replacing Memories, at MLR Press. (I have to get the cover and then I’ll show it to you…lol) I also have edits to do on my very first f/f Young Adult story, Pursing Hope, which will be out in May. 🙂 I can’t wait. It’s new territory for me, and I’m nervous about how readers will like it.
Just so you all know, RM is the sequel to Joy of the Season. I wanted to continue Hal and Tavis’ story. I also am planning a third book in the series (so far), which will introduce us to a man from Joey’s past. If you’ve read JotS, you’ll know Joey is the AIDS patient who died, but not before making an impression on Hal and Tavis.
I’m hoping to get some more writing done as well on Tramps. 🙂 It needs to be finished soon, so I can move on to the next book I need to write..lol.
I hope you all have a marvelous day.
Real Life sucks

Sorry about not having the next installment up. Real life got in the way yesterday, and I couldn’t get the time to write it up. So I’m going to try again today…lol. We’ll see if it works.
Also, some of you might have noticed that two of my Loose-Id titles have disappeared from my site. I asked for Ghost of a Chance and Fighting Dragons back from Loose-Id, and they compiled. I’m working on getting re-release dates for them with a different publisher, so if you haven’t read them, don’t worry. They’ll be back out at some point.
It’s all part of my plan to consolidate publishers, and not make you have to look all over for my books. 🙂 Hopefully my gamble pays off.
Well, have a good day…and I’ll try to get the next installment posted for you tomorrow.
Last Monday in February
Since it’s so close to the end of the month, I thought I’d let you all know what my news is. If you’ve gone to ARe, or really any of the 3rd party sellers-or to Liquid Silver Books website to look for any of my books published by them, you won’t find them. After four great years being published with them and working with them, I decided to take the rights back to all my books. The only two left with LSB at the moment are Where the Devil Dances, and Two for One. Because both of those are published with other authors, I had to wait the full 90 days before I could get those back. Which is fine with me.
Again, I want to emphasize that my decision had nothing to do with Liquid Silver Books. They’re great people, and I loved working with them. I just decided it was time to move my books somewhere else. The purpose behind it is to consolidate my publishers and make it a little less of a search for you, the readers, to find my books. If I have them at three or four publishers instead of six or seven, it’d be quicker…lol.
And the good news is Total e-Bound has decided to pick up the Home series and Stealing Life so far. The other books are under review with them. 🙂 So at the moment, I have release dates for them, barring any unforeseen problem. No Going Home will be re-released Oct. 15th, Home of His Own-Dec. 31st. Wishing for a Home-Jan 28th. Also, I have release dates for the last two books in the series, Leaving Home will be out Feb. 25th and Home Sweet Home will be out March 25th. Stealing Life will be out April 22nd. The other news is all of the Home books will be released in print as well. I added more to Wishing to get it up to the right word count for print. So that’s awesome news.
Now I know you’re all probably grumbling about having to wait until next year for the last two books in the series, but at least you have actual dates to mark on your calendar to look forward to. 🙂 There are six more LSB books that TeB will be taking a look at to see if they want them or not. If not, I do have other options to publishing them, so they will be re-released at some point.
I did a pre-release schedule from Total e-Bound that goes through April of 2013. That makes me happy, and it’s a schedule I can keep without pulling my hair out…lol. I finished From Slavery to Freedom on Friday, and sent it off to my beta reader. Once she’s done, and tells me everything I need to fix, I’ll get it in to my editor at TeB. FStF is scheduled to be released on July 31st. Woot! I’m working on The Deepest Cut at the moment, trying to get it finished as well. We’ll see how far I can get on that before I have to start the second book in The Beasor Chronicles trilogy.
There are plans to take back some other books back from another publisher of mine, but until it actually happens, I’m keeping as silent as I can about that. 🙂 Again, I’m taking my rights back for no other reason than it’s time to move on. It’s been fun working with all my different publishers. Simply time to gather my little ducklings into fewer baskets.
I hope you all have a great day.

Wolf’s Survival available now….

New Cover

Here’s my cover for my upcoming Samhain release, Tabloid Star. It’s finally up on the Coming Soon page…which means it’ll be out Sept. 1. Woo-hoo! Done by the marvelous Anne Cain. 🙂
A little blurb action for you:
One hot night, one freeze frame…and one shocking surprise.
As a bartender at the Lucky Seven club, Josh Bauer could take a different guy home every night…if he wanted to. Working three jobs, however, makes it hard to connect with anyone. One man, though, is too much temptation to resist. A steamy encounter in a back alley leads to an explosive night of sex in Josh’s bed—a bed he isn’t surprised to find empty the next morning.
What does surprise him, though, is the front page of a tabloid. Apparently his one-night stand isn’t as anonymous as he thought it was.
Ryan Kellar’s career is taking off. Advance buzz about his movie says it’s a blockbuster, and going home with the gorgeous bartender is the perfect way to celebrate. And he thought he’d gotten away clean—until the picture in the paper shocks him into reality. Was Josh really just playing…or playing him for a fool?
Trust isn’t big on their list right now, but as their worlds fall apart, it’s all they have. At least until they figure out who took the picture. And why…
Warning: Hot manlove, gratuitous licking of tattoos and dealing with stalking paparazzi.
The gratuitous licking of tattoos is just for my girl, Jambrea, who inspired this story by sharing some hot pictures of Ryan Reynolds and mentioning tattoo licking. 🙂
Well, I got the edits for Nick of Time done. Or at least the first round of them. If those are okay, I’ll have to go over the galley for it, so it’s okay for print production..lol.
Hope you all have a great weekend.
Nowhere Diner: Finding Love available

Announcing my newest release, Nowhere Diner: Finding Love. Available now at Amber Allure. Click here.
Here’s the blurb:
Leaving Minnesota, Timothy Gapin doesn’t have any plans except getting as far away from all the memories as he can before his money runs out. His secret lover has married, breaking his heart and making him chose a life in the open rather than a relationship built on lies.
Little does Tim know that four days later he would grab dinner at a diner and find a place to stop. Somehow this diner in the middle of nowhere becomes his home and the people who work there his family. In addition to the workers at the diner, Tim meets Bernie Capley, a long-haul trucker who isn’t all he seems to be.
Falling in love with Bernie is easy for Tim, but the past has a way of barging into the present, forcing decisions that affect their future…
And an excerpt:She handed Bernie his change and he left a tip for Cookie. Grabbing my hand, he dragged me out of the diner over to where a large black and chrome semi sat. He led us to the other side where we’d be out of view from prying eyes. Staring down at me, he searched my face for something. He must have found what he was looking for because he cupped my chin in his hands and lifted my mouth to his.
As kisses go, this one was the softest I’d ever had. Aaron didn’t like to kiss. He’d always been in a hurry to get to the sex without any foreplay. I banished him from my mind and gave myself over to Bernie.
He slid his hands down my neck and sides to rest them on my hips. Three points of contact and I was ready to explode. A soft whimper emerged from my throat and I tried to press closer to him. His grip tightened and a low growl told me he didn’t want me to move.
I opened and he swept his tongue in to lick along my teeth and gums, learning every inch of my mouth. He sucked on my bottom lip and bit it. The sting made me jump and gasp.
Footsteps sounded on the pavement and Bernie drew slowly away, letting me go, reluctance in each inch. We stood, staring at each other, chests heaving and groins aching. He grinned at me.
“I’ll be coming back through here next Wednesday. Would you be interested in getting dinner with me? Maybe somewhere other than the diner.”
I touched trembling fingers to my swollen lips and nodded. “I don’t have a car though.”
“Don’t worry, I’ll take care of the transportation. Do you have a cell?”
“No. I left mine back home.”
He leveled a knowing look at me. “Didn’t want anyone to call you, huh?”
I looked over his shoulder and shrugged. “No one important. I’ll get a phone when I have a little more money and let my aunt know where I’m at.”
Frowning, he ran his fingers through my hair and nodded. “I’ll call the diner. I’m sure Cookie won’t mind it once in a while.”
“Okay.”
Were we starting a real relationship with dating and everything that went along with it? Or was the whole date thing just Bernie’s way of making each hook-up feel special?
My doubts must have shown on my face because Bernie caressed my cheek and grinned.
“I don’t do casual sex anymore. Being a trucker makes it easy to find a warm body at the rest areas or truck stops; women and men. It would become real simple to see sex as nothing but a release.” Bernie held my gaze and I could see how serious he was. “I’m too old to fool around like that. Now I like to get to know a guy before we end up in bed.”
I didn’t know whether to be excited or nervous. On one hand, it sounded like Bernie assumed we’d be sleeping together at some point. On the other hand, should I be worried about the possibility that once Bernie got to know me, he’d figure out I wasn’t worth the time and effort.
“Don’t worry. My gut’s telling me you’ll be worth every minute.”
Bernie leaned down and brushed another kiss over my lips before stepping further away.
Have a great day, everyone. 🙂
