Here Be Dragons is back….
Here Be Dragons has been re-released by MLR Press. Don’t worry if you already have it. The only thing that has changed is the cover. It was edited again, but I didn’t add anything new to it. Oh, the other new thing is it’ll be out in print as well…at some point. I’ll have to ask when that will be…lol
Just to give you a heads-up and I’ll remind you all again on Monday, I’m part of Amber Kell’s birthday blog tour. So next Tuesday, she’ll be making a guest appearance on my blog. π Don’t worry…you’ll still get installments of the blog story. Just on Wednesday and Thursday instead.
I’ll be plugging along on Whore. Hopefully I can get it done by Sunday. π I have three short stories I’d like to finish by the end of the year as well. Luckily two of them only have to be 15k each. The other can be up to 40k, but I don’t think I’ll make it that long. Once I start working on each of them, I’ll give you more information.
Hope everyone has a great Friday and a marvelous weekend.
The Vanguard is available…
Now that my brain is functionally close to normal…lol. I can let you know that The Vanguard has been re-released by Total e-Bound today. With a great new cover (not that I didn’t love and adore the cover Anne Cain did for me for the original release) and more editing, it’s a fresh start for the boys. π Β Don’t worry though, I didn’t add anything new to it, so if you already have the first version, don’t feel pressured to buy this one. Β The great news is it’ll be out in print as well. I think in December or January, so that’s awesome. π
If you’d like to check it out, click here and it’ll take you to its page at Total e-Bound. π
I have edits to do on Home of His Own and a final galley to look over for Here Be Dragons. Also, I have to do the next installment for the blog story. I’ll be busy the rest of the day. Β And hopefully, my late night won’t catch up with me.
Have a great Monday, everyone.
Two New Books…
Gypsies is available now from Total e-Bound. Click here to check it out. It’s the first book in a new trilogy called The Beasor Chronicles, and will also be available in print. π
Here’s the blurb:
Book one in The Beasor Chronicles Series
Will the unconditional love of his best friend be enough to help heal Percy after almost being broken mentally and physically?
On Beasor, being a Gypsy gives Percy almost godβlike status. His power over nature and animals could allow him to make a good living exploiting people, but he chooses to live with his best friend, Alden, over Aldenβs pub in Catalai, the capital of Beasor. Percy loves Alden, but has never been able to tell Alden, afraid the truth would ruin their friendship.
In a fit of jealousy one night, Percy travels through the universes to Earth, and finds himself captured by two humans. As a magical Beasor, silk binds him to their will and Percy finds himself close to breaking in every way as the humans drain his magic.
When Alden rescues Percy, the best friends finally admit to their love, but Percy needs help to replenish his magic and find a way to ease the memories of his captivity. With Alden supporting him every step of the way, Percy fights to heal and become the Gypsy he was once.
Reader Advisory: This book is best read in sequence as part of a series
Angel’s Evolution was re-released on Friday by MLR Press. Click here to check it out. I missed announcing it last week. Sorry about that.
Here’s the blurb:
I’m a monster, but with one kiss, he changes everything I believe.
I’m a monster and I’m imprisoned in a world I hate and fear. As heir to my father’s title, I’m expected to marry, but my secret desires may keep me from fulfilling those expectations. One night, a stranger kisses me. In his touch, I see the possibility of a life beyond my prison. My name? Just call me Angel and this is my evolution.
Thank you for all your support. I’m hoping to get back on track today and get the next installment of Threadbare Gypsy Souls done as well. π
Hope you all had a great weekend.
Happy Hunk Day
There’s just something about this guy’s eyes and smile that I love. I had to post it. You can find the rest of the series at Beautiful Magazine. They have some awesome eye candy photos, but most of them aren’t safe for work. Just keep that in mind if you visit…lol.
I just got the news yesterday that Tramps, the second in The Beasor Chronicles, has been moved up to be released August 20th. Which means I need to get cracking and finish it up. The reason it’s being moved up is because Total e-Bound is re-releasing The Vanguard in September. Woo-hoo! I’m really excited about the whole thing because starting in July, I’ll have at least one book a month coming out from TeB, and in July, August, and Dec. I’ll have two books each of those months coming out. We’ve done our best to try and alternate new books with re-releases. So you’ll be getting something new from me every other month, plus all your old favorites with new covers.
I also just saw the cover for From Slavery to Freedom, and as soon as I get the okay, I’ll share it with you. I’m pretty sure we’ll be putting Slavery and Out of Light into Darkness together in a print book, which would be great. π
I still have some other older books whose rights I’ve gotten back, and have to work out who they’re going to. As you might have noticed, you can no longer get Fighting Dragons, Ghost of a Chance, and Dreaming of Dragons from Loose-Id. I’m pretty sure I have a new publisher for them, so as soon as I can, I’ll let you know when those will be available again. Also, I still have to see about finding a home for Death or Life and Not Seeing is Believing. The reason those two don’t have a place yet is simply because I haven’t had the time to re-format them to the right template. As soon as I get a moment to do that, I’ll send them in, and let you know about them as well. π
I have final edits to do on Pursing Hope and Angel’s Evoultion. Those will be done today, I’m hoping…along with other things I’ve been neglecting. Most of which are forms I have to fill out…lol. I did let you all know Angel is being re-released by MLR Press, right?
Someone asked about Rover’s story, and I’m hoping I can get to it later this year. I have a few other stories I’ve promised first to different publishers, but as soon as those are done, I’ll be getting to his story. π
Well, I think that’s all I have to say at the moment. I hope you all have a great Wednesday.
Happy Hunk Day
Hello everyone. Happy Wednesday…lol. It’s a grey and dreary day here, but I don’t have any plans except to stay home and write. Woot!
Tramps is rolling along, and I started a short story titled From Yesterday for MLR Press. It’s the third book in the Rupert’s Legacy series, but features two new characters for you to get to know. I just signed the contract for Ninja Cupcakes, my contribution to the Unconventional…at Best anthology coming out at Total e-Bound. It’s going to feature some awesome authors besides me…lol
Oh, and you might have noticed that Dreaming of Dragons is no longer available. I’m making plans to re-release it later on this year or at some time next year. I’ll let everyone know for sure when it’s finalized.
Well, I better get writing. Have a great day.
Good news
Well, as those of you who visit my site might have realized I took back my rights to all of my books at Liquid Silver. I’ve been finding homes for them, and Total e-Bound has been gracious enough to pick up my Home series, and Stealing Life, so far. They’re looking at a few of my other ones as well. But unfortunately, Angel’s Evolution wasn’t a good fit for them, so I sent it to MLR Press and asked them what they thought.
My awesome editor, Kris, has offered me a contract for Angel, which includes both ebook and print format. Yay! So Angel will have a new home and will also be in print. I can’t wait…lol. I have two more books planned in The Transformation Series (I had to come up with a series title when I decided to write two more books…lol) Devil’s Temptation and Shade’s Enlightenment. I’m hoping when my schedule opens up a little bit more closer to the end of this year, I’ll be able to write them for release some time next year. Once I get outlines written for them, I might be able to give you a better idea of when they’ll be out.
I have to really knuckle down and get cracking on Tramps. It’s been a rough go with this story. Not sure why, but finally it’s starting to flow and I’m hoping to get it done by the middle of May. π
Have a great weekend, everyone. I’ll be writing away…lol
Death has arrived
Hey everyone, Death, the last book in The Four Horsemen series is out today. Check it out here.
Also, Famine, the third book in the series, is now available in print. Stop by and see it here. I hate to see this series end, but I do believe there might be a fifth book about a certain messenger angel named Lam, who has a few more scenes in Death’s story.
Also, while I was in Chicago, I had a short story release at MLR Press. Replacing Memories is the sequel to Joy of the Season, and lets you see how Hal and Tavis’s relationship is progressing. Check it out here.
Now that I’m back from Chicago, it’s time to knuckle down and write. I’ll be posting the next installment of my blog story tomorrow. I’m sorry I didn’t get to it last week, but I was very busy.
Have a great Monday.
Happy Hunk Day
Today’s a busy day. I have a galley to look over for my upcoming release, Replacing Memories, at MLR Press. (I have to get the cover and then I’ll show it to you…lol) I also have edits to do on my very first f/f Young Adult story, Pursing Hope, which will be out in May. π I can’t wait. It’s new territory for me, and I’m nervous about how readers will like it.
Just so you all know, RM is the sequel to Joy of the Season. I wanted to continue Hal and Tavis’ story. I also am planning a third book in the series (so far), which will introduce us to a man from Joey’s past. If you’ve read JotS, you’ll know Joey is the AIDS patient who died, but not before making an impression on Hal and Tavis.
I’m hoping to get some more writing done as well on Tramps. π It needs to be finished soon, so I can move on to the next book I need to write..lol.
I hope you all have a marvelous day.
