No more Snow…
Okay…all this white stuff can just go away at any point now. I’m tired of winter. Let’s just rush right on into spring, please. 🙂
Writing went well this weekend. I finished up one story and sent it to my editor. Now on to JT’s story, Bound by Trust. Plus I did a little work on Mars Assassin, which is the sequel to Death or Life. Okay, so it’s not necessarily a sequel. We get to find out how Lord and Mars met, and sort of see how the events that happen in Death or Life unfold from their point of view. I hope you all enjoy it when I get it finished because Lord is going to be a little hard to like. 😉

Friday…Thank God..
I plan on sleeping in as late as possible tomorrow. I’m glad this week is over…lol
Writing went well last night. I reached 25k on a story. Now I just have to decide if it’s halfway done or 3/4th of the way finished. I’m thinking it’s almost finished, but I have to fill in some parts, so we’ll see. We’re coming to the end of Bastet as well. I’m working on an idea or two for you to choose from for the next story. I think they’re going to be two very different stories, so it’ll be interesting to see which one you pick.

Sorry for the short post, but don’t have much new to report at the moment. Don’t worry though, writing is going well and I’m halfway done with one story…or at least I think it’s halfway. I’ll have to see by the end of the weekend.

Friday Candy
Sorry…I know I was going to post an excerpt and cover for Wishing for a Home, but I’m running a little late today. (which is par for the course the past couple of days….lol)
So I thought I’d give you some eye candy for Valentine’s Day instead. Enjoy and I hope you have a great weekend.
Digging out….
Okay…so we didn’t get as much snow as the people on the East Coast, but there was enough snow here to delay me getting into work. 🙂 Which I’m not complaining about, really.
I finished a new story yesterday. Be the Air for You is about a rock star and his best friend who is dealing with some life altering problems. It’ll be released at Amber Allure on May 9th. 🙂 Woo-hoo!
Oh and I got the cover for Wishing for a Home. It’s awesome. Check it out at SiN. I’ll post it on Friday along with another excerpt to whet everyone’s appetite for Derek and Max’s story.
I’m back to working on Out of Light into Darkness…a vampire story with a twist. I’m hoping I’ll get it done by the end of the month.

Edits are done for Fighting Dragons and Soothe the Burn. So I’ll have one more edit for StB, which will be for the print version. After that, I can go back to working on new stuff. Yay!

Monday…all ready?
Well, the weekend wasn’t as productive as I would have liked, writing wise. Although I did write at the casino after losing my allotted money…lol. So I sat in the bar, had a drink, and wrote for a little while.
Instead I worked on cleaning the house…which is my least fun thing to do, but I can only let it go for so long before the dust bunnies and dirt dishes take over the place.
Well, it’s the start of another work day. I hope you all have a great Monday. 🙂
Woo-Hoo Friday’s Here Again.
Thank goodness it’s Friday…only 7 more hours before I’m done for two days. Yay! I’m busy tonight and all day tomorrow, but on Sunday, I plan on sitting down and working on my story. I want to get further along in it because I have so many other characters waiting in the wings for their stories to be told.

Woke up with a migraine, took some meds, and called in sick. I went back to bed and didn’t get up until a few minutes ago. I’m going to curl up on the couch now and hopefully go back to sleep.
My thoughts and prayers go out to a good friend, Deb, who’s fighting her own battles today. And also to the people of Haiti who were hit with another earthquake this morning.

Halfway through January…
This is one of those pictures that a story could be written about. 🙂 Wow…we’re already halfway through January. Where has the month gone? I’m busy writing and not really paying much attention to anything around me…lol. I have edits for Fighting Dragons to get done, but that shouldn’t take me too long. I picked a story and I’ve been working on it alone, instead of working on several different stories at once. So I’m hoping it’ll be done soon. Yay!
