I’d show you all the cool graphics I got to go along with them, but I thought the eye candy would be more interesting…lol. I’m humbled that everyone liked all my guys and stories that much. 🙂

Well, I’m mostly done with Revealing the Past. I’ll probably end up adding more to it, but for now..I’m going to let it sit and I’ll work on Not Seeing is Believing to get that one finished. Then it’s on to some other stories. 🙂 No rest for the wicked, huh?

I hope you all have a great Wednesday.

Quick work week….

Of course, I’ve only worked two days this week…lol. So yay! It’s Friday. 🙂

Well, yesterday was a good writing day and I’m hoping today will be another one because I’ll be doing edits this weekend on Wishing for a Home and Duncan’s World. Plus working on the first installments of Wolf’s Survival.

I hope everyone has a great Friday and a wonderful weekend.

Wacky Wednesday

Well, it’s my last day off for the week. Have to go back to work tomorrow. Darn it. lol.

Actually haven’t been doing a lot of writing the past couple of days, but I’ll get back into the swing of things today. 🙂

Enjoy the picture and have a great Wednesday.

Woot! It’s Friday

This picture I like because of that whole, “He’s mine. Don’t touch.” look the guy is giving the camera…lol.

Well, the weekend is almost here. I’m working a half day today and then I get three days off next week. Woo-hoo! Can’t wait. We have friends visiting from out of town, so it’s time to entertain. 🙂

Well, the voting is still happening for the blog story….and I’m thrilled with the response. You all have definite opinions on what you want to read.

Writing is going well, and I’m hoping to be able to get some done while my friends are here. I’m an early riser and I don’t think they are, so I should be able to sneak some work in the mornings.

Well, have a great Friday, and remember Freaks in Love comes out on Sunday. I’ll post a link as soon as it’s live. 🙂

Tempting Thursday

The voting is still going strong…lol. I’m starting to get the feeling that it might end up a tie, then I’ll have the deciding vote on which one wins. Woot! 🙂

This calendar thing seems to be working. I’ve been getting more done each day because I don’t let myself get distracted. Oh, it’s that I don’t work on something else at times, but I don’t stop working on the main story I picked for the day. I’m not sure if you can expect more books from me than usual because of this, but at least, I can let you know which ones I’m working on any given day.

Though I’ve already rearranged the schedule…lol. I had Bound by Trust down for Tues-Thurs, but I have a deadline for a story (June 1) and I want to get it finished way before then. So I’m working on Revealing the Past now. As soon as it’s finished, I’ll hop back to BbT. 🙂

Well, I hope everyone has a great Thursday.

Hunks Day

I love that cute little smirk, saying “He’s all mine. Aren’t you jealous?”…lol

Wow…thank you so much for voting on the blog story. Like I said I’ll keep the voting open until next Monday. Just in case there are people who haven’t been able to visit my blog all ready. I’ll tell you what…it’s turned into a close race. I thought, for a while there, one story was going to run away with it, but the other one’s caught up. 🙂 I love both stories, so whichever one gets chosen, I’ll be happy.

Hey, Amber Allure listed their top sellers for February….and because of all of you, Soothe the Burn hit the #1 spot. Woot! Thanks again, everyone. Also, a good friend of mine, Lynn Lorenz, hit the #3 spot with her awesome story, Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I really recommend this book. It’s great. The characters are well-written and the story is just wonderful. As one reviewer already said, “It’s a hopeful book.”

I’m trying something new this month and, even though I’m only two days into it, I’m doing pretty good. I made up a calendar and blocked out days for stories. For example, on Mon-Wed-Fri, I’m working on Not Seeing is Believing (another blind vampire story but on the lighter side of things). On Tues-Thurs, I’m working on Bound by Trust (JT’s story). I’m leaving Sat-Sun open for my blog story and whatever else hits my fancy. I’m hoping this will keep me on track and help me focus a little better on stories that need to be finished sooner rather than later.

Well, I hope everyone has a great Wednesday. 🙂

Time to Choose

okay…so I’m a sucker for two good-looking men who look like they’re having fun together…lol.

Anyway, while you might like the eye candy, I’m sure you’re here to read the blurbs and vote for my newest blog story. Without further ado, here are the blurbs:

#1: Wolf’s Survival

Fellow ranchers consider Jared Tasker a lone wolf. A man who goes his own way and who stands alone. They’ll never know how close to the truth they are. His pack slaughtered by the ancestors of those very ranchers, Jared’s learned to trust no one and accept his solitary life.

Oliver Wingate loves and respects wolves. As a conservationist, he believes they should be re-introduced into their once natural habitat. He meets resistance from all the ranchers who feel the wolves will prey on their herds.

When Olive runs afoul of some of the locals, it’s up to Jared to ensure the young idealistic man doesn’t lose his life in a battle for the wolf’s survival.

#2: Shades of Dreams

Stephan Colby is on top of the world. He’s lead singer of one of the hottest new rock bands. His best friend is in the band as well. In addition, Stephan’s in love. Yet Fate has a way of kicking a man in the teeth and when Stephan’s world crashes around him, he turns to his Rock, the one who has always been there for him.

Rocky Sanicily has always had Stephan’s back. They’ve been through a lot together. But when Stephan loses the most important thing in his world, Rocky must do everything in his power to keep Stephan from giving up.

Just list the number of the blurb you’d like to see me write as my blog story and by next Monday, I’ll let you all know which one it’ll be. Oh and if you haven’t had a chance to catch the last couple of installments of Bastet, please do so soon. I plan on taking the links down and deleting the story from my blog history by Thursday. 🙂

Have a great Tuesday, everyone.

March Already….

Already starting the third month of the year…wow. I blinked and February was gone…lol. 🙂

Well, March is a good month for me. I’ll have two releases coming out. Freaks in Love on March 7th and Fighting Dragons on March 30th. Woot! Edits are done on both books, so we’re good there.

Now there is a rumor going around that Wishing for a Home will be out in March. Well, I’m not sure about that. I haven’t done any edits on it, though I’m hoping there won’t be any major ones needing to be done. And to be honest, I’m hoping we can push the release date back to April.

I know. I know. You are all dying to get your hands on Derek and Max, but see, with two releases already scheduled for March, I don’t want to overwhelm you all with books. I mean, I know you’d probably buy them regardless of how many came out in a month, but I don’t want to stretch your book budget to the breaking point.

If LSB is willing to release it in April, I’ll let you know as soon as I can about a date. Also, I have another book coming out in April which happens to be another cowboy book. So you could get two cowboy books that month.

Tomorrow, I’ll be posting two blurbs. You will get to choose which story gets written for the blog. They’re very different from each other, I have to say…lol. I hope you think both of them are interesting.

I hope you have a great Monday. 🙂

Wow…March is almost here

And it looks like February is going out like a lion….I hope March comes in quietly. Where did February go? Wasn’t it only yesterday I was celebrating the release of my first book of 2010? Now in nine days, my second book will be out. Holy Cow!

I think it was Susan who asked about a release date for Fighting Dragons. Well, in March, you get two releases from me. Freaks in Love will be out March 7th and Fighting Dragons will be out March 30th (of course, that’s subject to change, but I’m pretty sure you can count on it…lol) So bookend releases. Yay!

Then I’ll have one book out in April, May, and June. At least that’s what is scheduled for right now. You never know because I have two books that are contracted, but haven’t gone through the editing process yet and haven’t been assigned a release date. They might be added in to one of the three months or to a month that doesn’t have a book coming out yet.

I have one book in for consideration at one of my publishers and I do think I’ll see about getting Bastet published, but I’m not sure who I’ll send it to yet. There’s probably about another 1k or so added into it and maybe in the future, we’ll revisit the guys to see how they’re doing. 🙂

I’m working on a couple of books now. Just have to see whose voice speaks the loudest to see who wins my attention…lol.

I hope you all have a great Friday, plus a safe and fun weekend.

Late night…

okay…I had to work late tonight (Monday) and don’t have time to write the next installment of Bastet. I’ll try to get it done tomorrow, but I’m not sure it’ll happen. So the next installment will probably be posted on Wednesday. 🙁

Sorry about that, but hey, here’s some really yummy and interesting eye candy for you all to drool over while I’m working my butt off. Plus trying my darnedest to get the final installments of Bastet up for you. 🙂

have a good Tuesday.
