Not much to talk about. Have edits to do for Home of His Own and I think I’ll be getting edits for Here Be Dragons soon as well. Yay! 🙂
I’ll be working on my steampunk story and the next installment of the blog story. Have some real life stuff to do as well. Hopefully I can get it all done today.

Unpacked…finally
Here’s a picture from lunch on Wednesday before GRL started. 🙂 Starting from the left, the lovely ladies are…Devon Rhodes, Stephani Hecht, me, Jackie Nacht, and VJ Summers. We had lots of fun. It was awesome getting to see old friends, and making new ones. 🙂
Sorry it took so long to post something today. Slept late and wanted to get unpacked before I did anything else. But everything is put away or thrown in the laundry pile…lol. Now I can sit and write. (hopefully) Have to get back into the swing of things.

I’m surprised I did it…and I got the next two installments done and posted as well. Woo-hoo!
I”m still at GRL, hanging with all my friends. I’ll be sad when the con ends. It’s not often I get to be with people who write and read m/m romances. Sometimes it gets lonely where I live. That’s why I love all the people I get to chat with online. You help make me feel like there are others out there who understand how I feel. 🙂

New Cover…
Here’s the new cover for Home of His Own. I think it looks great…and I really can’t wait to see all of the Home books together in print. I think all five of them will look awesome. 🙂 I’m hoping to have all five available to buy at GRL next year.
Well, I’m at GRL in New Mexico. Woot! It’s been great seeing everyone who has come in so far, and there are a bunch arriving in the next day or so that I can’t wait to see again. Yay!

Beginning of a fun week
Probably wondering why I posted this picture. I just thought it was so cute. My DH took it a year or two ago at our local Ren Faire. 🙂
Well, today is taken up with packing for GRL, and getting a few last minute items. I’ve done all my edits and gotten them sent back to my editors. So hopefully, I won’t have anything come up while I’m at GRL. I’m keeping my fingers crossed…lol
Some people have been experiencing slow load times for my site..or they can’t get it to load at all. I don’t really know what to tell you because I don’t have that problem with my computers. Not sure what’s causing it. 🙁 I’m sorry.

Finally Friday
Okay..today is going to be a busy day…lol. I have to ship out all my boxes for GRL, plus mail out five contracts…all to MLR Press for my Dragon books and Ghost of a Chance. So they will be re-released soon. The great news is that all will be going into print as well, though Ghost of a Chance and Fighting Dragons will be put together. Which is fine since one of the characters in Ghost is also in the Dragon books. I’m excited about that.
I have edits to do on Two for One, so it can go up for pre-order soon. Edits arrived for a free story I’m doing for Total e-Bound’s December Newsletter. And I’ve been told I’ll probably get my first set of edits on Here Be Dragons some time soon as well. Yikes! This weekend is going to be crazy…lol.
Jambrea asked if I was going to post next week while I was gone. I’m going to try very hard to get the next two installments for Threadbare Gypsy Souls done and scheduled, so at least you’ll have those two days to stop by. I’m leaving for GRL very early on Tuesday morning and I won’t be home until very late on Sunday night.
Well, that’s about all I have to tell you. Oh wait a minute…I got another new cover today. I should be able to show it to you on Monday. 🙂 It’s really cool.

Wednesday Hunk Day
Don’t have much to report today. Got some more written on my steampunk story. At some point today, I have to start gathering all my stuff for GRL, and decide what I’m shipping and what I’m bringing with me. I also have to finish putting my promo stuff together. Don’t have much to do on that front. 🙂
I’ll be working on the next blog installment for tomorrow and more steampunk. Yay!

Monday Morning
Well, I did accomplish some things this weekend. I did some writing on my steampunk story, and I re-formated some old stories to get them ready to re-submit to a publisher. Those older stories are m/f stories, and if they get picked up, they’ll be under a different pen name. I don’t want my readers who only read m/m to be confused or get upset because they picked up a m/f by accident. 🙂
I sent them off to a friend to go over and offer me suggestions since the first one was written and published in 2004, and I know my writing has gotten better since then.
I plan on doing more writing today…steampunk and my blog story. 🙂

Finally feeling good…
Finally, I don’t feel like I could fall asleep sitting up. 🙂 That’s always a good thing and I got some writing done as well yesterday. I’m writing a steampunk story for Amber Allure, and I got started on it. Yay! It’s due Dec. 1st, so I would like to get it done way before that.
I got the news today that The Vanguard will be released in print in Dec. and No Going Home will out in print in January. Yay! Of course, those dates can change and I’ll keep you updated on that.
Well, I’ll be diving back into my steampunk story now. I hope you all have a great day and a wonderful weekend.

Totally forgot what day it was. For some reason, I thought it was Thursday, so I wasn’t worried about posting anything. I thought I had my next installment posted..even though I knew I had to write it…lol.
Oh well..it’s been a rough week, so I’m hoping the rest of it will be better. Being sick threw me off schedule, and aside from getting the installment done, I haven’t done much writing. But I did get edits done. That’s a big relief.
