wicked Wednesday
Happy hump day, everyone. I’m submitting Kissed by God today. It’s already scheduled to be released on May 8th. 🙂
I’ve started working on my next story, Pestilence. It’s supposed to be around 35k, and I shouldn’t have a problem getting that. I want it done by the end of March, but to be honest, I’m hoping it’ll be finished sooner than that. I’d like to be ahead of schedule, just in case I run into a snag or end up not writing for a couple days.

I’ve had it…
I’m so freaking tired of snow, cold, and wind. I’m seriously considering becoming a snow bird next year and flying down to the Islands for the entire winter. I could do that. Great thing about writing for a living…I can take it anywhere without having to worry about not getting it done. 🙂
Well, I’m in the home stretch of Kissed by God. Got another chapter or two to go, then it’s finished. Next up in line is Pestilence, the first in a new series I’m sending to Total e-Bound. And there will be work done on other books as well. I have a bunch of deadlines I need to hit. Can’t be too unhappy about that, huh?

Yay! the weekend is here….
Not that it really matters to me one way or the other this weekend, since I’ll be writing. I need to finish up edits on one story and try really hard to finish Kissed by God this weekend. I just might be able to do that, but it depends on if I start feeling better or not. Somehow I’ve managed to catch a cold. Not sure how I did it when I haven’t really seen anyone this week aside from C. lol…maybe he got me sick.
Oh, and the links for Cafe on the Corner are fixed now. They should all go to the right installment instead of repeating Installment five. 🙂

Wednesday Hunk
Going to be busy writing today. I have to do the next installment of Cafe, plus continuing working on Kissed by God. Maybe that’s why I got up earlier than I usually do. 🙂 But that’s okay….nothing like getting an early start to the day. I can always take a nap this afternoon if I hit my word goals for each story.

I got up early this morning…and started in with editing two different books that are going to be out this month. Completely forgot about posting anything here. Yet here I am…a little late, but that’s better than not at all, huh?
I didn’t get much writing done over the weekend, but that’s okay. I’m ahead on my writing goal, so I can take a day or two off without losing any momentum. 🙂

Postponed…because of shoveling
sorry about not getting a new installment up today. I started writing it, then ran out and shoveled for a while. By the time I finished clearing off the driveway, my wrists were killing me. So I couldn’t sit in front of the computer and type.
I plan on working on it today and the next installment will be up on Friday. 🙂

Holy Heck!
Considering how much snow we have here….I needed something to warm me up….lol. I’d take pictures of the enormous drift in front of our front porch, but I don’t want to go outside. 🙂 So I’ll give you an idea. I’m not very tall, maybe 5′ at the most right? The drift is almost to the top of my head. I went for a little walk down my driveway to the end…and the drift in front of my driveway is up over my knee. No wonder we’ve been told to stay home. So what does C do? He goes with our friends to take one of them to work…lol. Crazy.
I’m staying home, watching movies and writing the rest of the day. The snow isn’t really supposed to taper off until later this afternoon, but it’ll still be drifting and blowing until tomorrow. Oh yay!
Yep, I’m ready for spring. Please. Thank God the groundhog didn’t see his shadow today.

When will it end?
When is winter going to be over? It’s snowing yet again and I’m sure it’ll be cold outside. Ugh!
I’m hoping things will flow today and I’ll be able to finish Borderline today. I’ve got about 2-3k left to finish, which is the last half of a chapter. Then I’ll be sending it out to my beta reader and my proofreader. Woot! Then on to Kissed by God, a story for another PAX at Amber Allure. As soon as I write up a blurb for it, I’ll post it.

Today will be a busy day. I have edits to finish on Embrace My Reflection, my first of two releases in February. I’m getting close to the end of Borderline…just have one more chapter to do. And I have to write the next installment of Cafe on the Corner for tomorrow. Hopefully, I’ll get all of it finished, but even if I just get my edits done and the next installment completed, it’ll be a good day. 🙂

Well, I meant to post something earlier this morning, but got caught up in a bunch of stuff and completely forgot. 🙂 Everything’s good, just busy today.
But I’m home and ready to buckle down to work on Borderline and the edits for Embrace My Reflection. Woot!
