Monday yet again…

Well, another week of writing, trying very hard to finish Under My Bed. I know, I keep saying that I’m close, but then something else comes up and the next thing I know, I’m going to bed without having added anything else to it. Ugh! So today I’m buckling down and doing my level best to finish it. Which means the next installment of The Longest Stride will be a day late. I’ll post it on Wednesday instead of tomorrow. By doing that, it gives me a little breathing room to finish UMB. 🙂

Oh, have you seen that I put up release dates for the Four Horsemen series? All of them haven’t been written yet, but I have deadlines and everything for when they need to be done, so I’m good to go on them. Also, they will all be long enough to go into print. Woot! I hope you all enjoy them when they come out.

Well, I better get started on my push to finish UMB. I hope you all have a great Monday.

Hunky Wednesday

Happy Hump Day, everyone. 🙂 Where I’m at, it’s sunny and very nice out.

Just so you know, Mary’s Gospel from The Longest Stride, hasn’t been mentioned in any of my other books. (That I remember…lol) I can’t remember what Edward’s horse’s name is (off the top of my head), though it has the word Gypsy in it…lol. I double-checked when I named the mare, so it wouldn’t be the same. Edward would never let his horse go to someone like Billings.

Signed the contract for Pestilence, the first of my Four Horsemen books. It’ll be coming out at Total e-Bound. I don’t have an exact date yet, but when I do, I’ll let you know. And when I get the blurb written, I’ll post that as well. To give you a little background on the series, it’s based on the idea that the Four Horsemen are real and they try to keep a balance between heaven and hell. So when things get out of whack, one of the Horsemen has to come in and even things out. It’s a very general description of what the series is. 🙂

I’m working with Total e-Bound to set up a schedule of books coming out. That way, at least with them, I’ll have a release schedule set up all ready. As long as I keep to my deadlines, it’ll work out. Hopefully, I’ll be able to work out in my mind which books I’d like to send them and if there are series, how long it’ll take to write each one. 🙂

Well, that’s it for today. I hope you all have a great Wednesday.

happy monday

Sorry for it being late, but I’m out of town and got busy first thing in the morning. 🙂 I’ll try to be better about it.

The only thing I have planned is writing this week. We’ll see how well that goes…lol. But I’m going to try anyway.

I have to head out again, so I hope you have a great day…and don’t worry, there will be installments of The Longest Stride this week. I won’t let you down on that.

Rather gloomy day

Have to love a strategically placed flower….lol. 😀

Well, I probably have 2-4k more left on Under My Bed, then I can call it good. I’ll fill out the forms and submit it. I’ll work on Waiters over the weekend and see if I can’t get the expanded version done, so I can let you all know when it’ll be out.

After that, it’s on to War. When it’s finished, I’ll be starting Bandit’s story, Love’s Baggage. I will tell you that Bandit’s story doesn’t take place in the same place as Nick of Time and Allergies. Max, Roman, Allen, and Bandit have to go back to where Allen and Roman were held captive and deal with their pasts. While helping get Allen and Roman free of their past, Bandit comes to terms with his own. 🙂

Plus I need to think about what my next blog story will be…or see if I can give you two blurbs to choose from. I’m going to have a busy weekend.

I hope you have a great Friday.

It’s May all ready….

Okay so where did April go? At times, it seems this year is flying by. 🙂 I’ve got so much to do and yet it doesn’t seem like I have any time to get it all done. Oh well…I’ll just keep plugging along and hope I accomplish all I want to do before the end of the year.

Writing is going well. I’m in the home stretch for Under My Bed and Why I Love Waiters. There will be maybe two more installments of Waiters, then I’ll add all the extra stuff before subbing it somewhere. 🙂 After that, I’m on to War, the next book in my Horsemen series. I have to figure out what story to offer up as the next blog one for you all. Not sure what it should be. Maybe fantasy or sci-fi since I did two contemporaries in a row. 🙂

Well, while I think on it, you all have a great Monday.

Another Friday

I’m more than halfway done with Under My Bed, but I don’t think it’ll be finished by the 1st, which is all right. That was just a self-imposed deadline. It really doesn’t have to be turned in until June 1st. I wanted to have a head start on my next story. 🙂

Oh, someone asked about a sequel to Death or Life. Yes, I do plan on writing one. I have it about a third of the way finished actually and it’s on my schedule to be written. Just not as soon as everyone would like probably…lol. But it’s there and whose to say? Maybe I’ll get inspired and start working on it.

I hope you all have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend. I’ll catch you on Monday.

Wet Wednesday

It’s one of those days where it’s tempting to just stay inside and curl up under a blanket. Maybe read or just watch TV all day…lol. But I’ll be good and do some writing. I’m over halfway done with Under My Bed, so I’m on track to finish it when I want.

Also, someone asked about a sequel to Bastet. I do plan on doing some, but at the moment, I don’t have it on my schedule to work on any time soon. Mostly because I don’t have any ideas for the rest of the series…lol. As soon as I get some, I’ll add them to the schedule. Which still doesn’t mean they’ll be done soon.

I hope you all stay safe and dry today.

New Week….

Well, this weekend was a bust writing-wise. I got maybe 3k written. I guess I’ll really have to bust my butt getting it finished the rest of the week. At least I got over 10k…lol. Only need another 10k or so to make it long enough. We’ll have to see. Of course, I need to add in the sex scenes before I’m done. 🙂

For some reason it was really difficult to get out of bed this morning, and I’m still not one hundred precent ready to face the day or do anything else except maybe curl back up under my blankets and go to sleep again. Maybe there’s a nap in my future this afternoon, if I get what I want written done in a timely fashion…lol.

I hope everyone had a great Easter, or a good weekend.

Happy Good Friday

Hope everyone has a good Friday and a great Easter weekend.

I plan on doing as much writing as possible. I’d love to be almost finished with one book by Sunday night…and maybe have another one started. Under My Bed needs to be done and turned in by May 1st, so I can start War (the second book in my Horsemen series). I’ll let you all know more about that sometime next week. 🙂 Also, I’ll try to have a blurb written up and maybe even an excerpt from UMB for you next week as well.

Please have a safe weekend, everyone.

Another Monday….

This weekend was really a lazy one for me. I mostly sat around and read all weekend. Which is nice because I don’t do that very often any more. I usually will write even on the weekends. 🙂 Finished a couple books and enjoyed all of them.

But today it’s back to the grindstone…lol. I have to re-work my next YA story. Then I have to write the next installment of Waiters and do more to my Ghost PAX story. So I have a full plate today.

I hope you all had a great weekend, and aren’t too upset today is Monday. Have a awesome day.
