Under My Bed available now…

My newest release, Under My Bed, is available at Amber Allure now. Check it out here. It’s part of the Ghostly Affair PAX, which means if you buy all five books in the PAX, you get a discount, but if you just want mine, you still get a discount as well. 🙂

Here’s the blurb:

Tabor Augustus has been haunted by ghosts living in a box under his bed. He’s tried everything he can think of to get rid of them, even leaving the box behind when he left for college, yet somehow, it always returns to him. Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if the ghosts just floated around and moved things, but they don’t. Tabor’s ghosts drain him of energy any time they want, and they’re possessive of him.

On All Hallows’ Eve, Gautier Molyneux, a former priest, arrives on Tabor’s doorstep, tells him he knows what’s happening, and offers assistance. Tabor’s not inclined to trust Gautier, no matter how gorgeous he is. Yet after spending the night in Gautier’s arms, Tabor’s willing to take any help he can get. He’s ready to live his life instead of merely being an energy supply to the ghosts.

Who knew love could give Tabor courage?

Also, you’ll notice the anthology, Shifting Perspectives, is no longer listed on my blog sidebar. I took the rights back to Understanding Forgiveness, so while the second book is still available, the beginning of Heinrich and Mason’s love story isn’t. Some day, it will be again, but for now, it’s going to be out of print. 🙁

I hope you all have a great day.

Under My Bed cover…

Here’s the cover for my July 10th release, Under My Bed. 🙂 I thought I shared the blurb with you as well. I just want you to know this might not be the final blurb that goes up on the site. Someone at Amber Allure takes the blurb I send in and spiffs it up a bit, for which I’m eternally happy. Blurbs, along with synopsis, are one of my least favorite things to write. lol

Blurb:

Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if they just floated around and moved things, but they don’t. My ghosts drain me of energy any time they want, and they’re possessive of me.

Who knew love could give me courage?

I hope you’re intrigued and have a great Friday. Also, have a good weekend as well.

Happy Memorial Day

I want to say thank you to all the men and women who have served in our military, and those who are serving now. What you do/did is one of the toughest jobs I know and all I can say is thank you for protecting the things this country was founded on.

This past weekend was productive. I finished two books and sent them in. Under My Bed will be released July 10th and Why I Love Waiters will be out August 7th. Plus I wrote up six synopsis to send to Total e-Bound to see if I can get them scheduled for release. If you check my sidebar for the Coming Soon section, you’ll see I have two books scheduled with them starting this fall, plus another five coming out next year. I’m hoping the publisher will say yes to the other six and fill out part of my schedule for the rest of next year and into 2013. That would be awesome. Plus I plan on filling in the other months with books to my other publishers.

Now I can’t promise I’ll have a book out every month and there will probably be months where I have two out, but still I like knowing when the books will be coming out. It’s mostly so I can let you know. 🙂

Well, I’m going to be working Pestilence. I turned it in and TeB loved it, but she wanted me to add more to it so it can going to print as well. 🙂 Of course, I told her I would. I have about 8k to add and that’s what I’ll be doing.

I hope you all have a safe, marvelous, and fun Memorial Day.

Holiday weekend

I should have written this post last night when I remembered what I wanted to tell everyone. This morning, I have no idea. lol Maybe it’s too early in the morning and I’ll think of it later on. Who knows?

Anyway, today I plan on finishing up Under My Bed. The last sex scene was written and I just need to add the epilogue, then fill out the forms and send it on its merry way. After that, I have to go back and add 8k or so to Pestilence. That’s to make sure it’s long enough to go into print. War is next to be worked on. Oh, and Bandit’s story, Love’s Baggage is up after War. I know I said Rover’s story was next, but in my schedule, it works out for Bandit’s to be next.

I’m also writing up synopsis for a short story and another series to send into TeB. Hopefully, if they like it, they’ll pre-schedule them for me like they did the other Horsemen books. Also, the sequel to Out of Light into Darkness needs the synopsis written. I’m hoping to work on them this weekend.

I hope you all have a great Friday and a safe holiday weekend. Be careful if you’re driving anywhere.

New Print book out….

Remember…the next installment of The Longest Stride will be up tomorrow. I’ve got one more chapter to write on Under My Bed and I’m going to get it done today. 🙂

But I wanted to let you all know I have a new print book out from Amber Allure. It’s titled Seduced and Revealed. It has Seduced and Revealing the Past in it. The connecting theme is Venice. Also, two of the characters are connected, but it might not be obvious…lol.

I hope you all have a great Tuesday…and I promise The Longest Stride will be back tomorrow.

Monday yet again…

Well, another week of writing, trying very hard to finish Under My Bed. I know, I keep saying that I’m close, but then something else comes up and the next thing I know, I’m going to bed without having added anything else to it. Ugh! So today I’m buckling down and doing my level best to finish it. Which means the next installment of The Longest Stride will be a day late. I’ll post it on Wednesday instead of tomorrow. By doing that, it gives me a little breathing room to finish UMB. 🙂

Oh, have you seen that I put up release dates for the Four Horsemen series? All of them haven’t been written yet, but I have deadlines and everything for when they need to be done, so I’m good to go on them. Also, they will all be long enough to go into print. Woot! I hope you all enjoy them when they come out.

Well, I better get started on my push to finish UMB. I hope you all have a great Monday.

Sunny Day

It looks like today might be a nice day here. I’m hoping so. I’ll open all the windows in the house and air it out…lol. Might even go sit outside and write. I did that last Friday. It was a really nice day out, so I spent the afternoon sitting on my front porch, writing and soaking up the heat like a lizard. 😀

I’m still working on finishing up Under My Bed, but at least I’m in the homestretch, then I can start War and finish Why I Love Waiters. I won’t have a release in June. My next one will probably be UMB in July. Still not sure when Pestilence and Borderline will be out. I’ll keep you updated on those two. As soon as I hear anything about even a rough date, I’ll be sure to say something. 🙂

Hope you all have a great day.

Rather gloomy day

Have to love a strategically placed flower….lol. 😀

Well, I probably have 2-4k more left on Under My Bed, then I can call it good. I’ll fill out the forms and submit it. I’ll work on Waiters over the weekend and see if I can’t get the expanded version done, so I can let you all know when it’ll be out.

After that, it’s on to War. When it’s finished, I’ll be starting Bandit’s story, Love’s Baggage. I will tell you that Bandit’s story doesn’t take place in the same place as Nick of Time and Allergies. Max, Roman, Allen, and Bandit have to go back to where Allen and Roman were held captive and deal with their pasts. While helping get Allen and Roman free of their past, Bandit comes to terms with his own. 🙂

Plus I need to think about what my next blog story will be…or see if I can give you two blurbs to choose from. I’m going to have a busy weekend.

I hope you have a great Friday.

It’s May all ready….

Okay so where did April go? At times, it seems this year is flying by. 🙂 I’ve got so much to do and yet it doesn’t seem like I have any time to get it all done. Oh well…I’ll just keep plugging along and hope I accomplish all I want to do before the end of the year.

Writing is going well. I’m in the home stretch for Under My Bed and Why I Love Waiters. There will be maybe two more installments of Waiters, then I’ll add all the extra stuff before subbing it somewhere. 🙂 After that, I’m on to War, the next book in my Horsemen series. I have to figure out what story to offer up as the next blog one for you all. Not sure what it should be. Maybe fantasy or sci-fi since I did two contemporaries in a row. 🙂

Well, while I think on it, you all have a great Monday.

Another Friday

I’m more than halfway done with Under My Bed, but I don’t think it’ll be finished by the 1st, which is all right. That was just a self-imposed deadline. It really doesn’t have to be turned in until June 1st. I wanted to have a head start on my next story. 🙂

Oh, someone asked about a sequel to Death or Life. Yes, I do plan on writing one. I have it about a third of the way finished actually and it’s on my schedule to be written. Just not as soon as everyone would like probably…lol. But it’s there and whose to say? Maybe I’ll get inspired and start working on it.

I hope you all have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend. I’ll catch you on Monday.
