Holy Moly…
It’s Thanksgiving all ready? Where the heck has the time gone? I better get a move-on with my writing…lol
This is a quick little post. I have edits on Wishing for a Home to get done today, plus more work on The Whore of New Slum.

Getting in a groove…
I’m hoping to get some more writing done on The Whore of New Slum, which is my steampunk story. It’s coming out in February of 2013 from Amber Allure. I don’t have an exact date for it yet, but that’ll come probably when all the other stories for this particular PAX are turned in. I’ll announce it as soon as I get it.
Also, plans are in the works for another GRL anthology at Total e-Bound, featuring the same authors that were in the Unconventional…at Best antho. If everything comes together (like I know it will…lol), the antho will be out in August of 2013, and the print version should be available before GRL in Atlanta next October. Woot! I think everyone will get a kick out of this anthology. We’re doing something slightly different. I’m not going to say anything else because I don’t want to give anything away. When I get working on my story, I’ll let you know what the title is. 🙂
Okay…well, I better go get dressed and set down to get some writing done. I think there might be a big revelation coming in the blog story. 😉

This picture could inspire a few stories…hmmm…might need to stare at it and study the tattoos to fully form the plots.
My steampunk story is going well, if slowly. But it doesn’t have to be turned in until Dec. 1st, so I have a little more time. Going to spend as much time as I can today writing because tomorrow is very busy with ‘real’ life things. 🙂

Finally done

The next blog installment will be up tomorrow. I spent yesterday finishing the last chapter on They Walk Among Us. I have to fill out two more forms and it’ll be subbed today. Yay! So I should have a release date for it soon…and I’ll let you all know as soon as I get it. 🙂 Oh, it’s going to Amber Allure. Just so you know which publisher is getting it. And I added an extra chapter to it, so there will be new stuff in it.
Today, after the forms, I’ll do the installment and back to work on my steampunk story. 🙂

Unfortunately, the edits I needed to get done yesterday, and I didn’t have time to get the next installment of the blog story done. I plan on working on it first thing this morning. Please keep everyone who was and is in the path of Sandy in your thoughts. Also, all the first responders who had to deal with so many emergencies during the storm. And all those people traveling to the East Coast to help with the clean0up. All of them are heroes in my opinion.

Not much to talk about. Have edits to do for Home of His Own and I think I’ll be getting edits for Here Be Dragons soon as well. Yay! 🙂
I’ll be working on my steampunk story and the next installment of the blog story. Have some real life stuff to do as well. Hopefully I can get it all done today.

Hey…I managed to post something every day this week. Go me! lol
I’m surprised I did it…and I got the next two installments done and posted as well. Woo-hoo!
I”m still at GRL, hanging with all my friends. I’ll be sad when the con ends. It’s not often I get to be with people who write and read m/m romances. Sometimes it gets lonely where I live. That’s why I love all the people I get to chat with online. You help make me feel like there are others out there who understand how I feel. 🙂
Enough mushiness. I hope you’ve had a great week like me…and have an awesome weekend.
Finally Friday
Okay..today is going to be a busy day…lol. I have to ship out all my boxes for GRL, plus mail out five contracts…all to MLR Press for my Dragon books and Ghost of a Chance. So they will be re-released soon. The great news is that all will be going into print as well, though Ghost of a Chance and Fighting Dragons will be put together. Which is fine since one of the characters in Ghost is also in the Dragon books. I’m excited about that.
I have edits to do on Two for One, so it can go up for pre-order soon. Edits arrived for a free story I’m doing for Total e-Bound’s December Newsletter. And I’ve been told I’ll probably get my first set of edits on Here Be Dragons some time soon as well. Yikes! This weekend is going to be crazy…lol.
Jambrea asked if I was going to post next week while I was gone. I’m going to try very hard to get the next two installments for Threadbare Gypsy Souls done and scheduled, so at least you’ll have those two days to stop by. I’m leaving for GRL very early on Tuesday morning and I won’t be home until very late on Sunday night.
Well, that’s about all I have to tell you. Oh wait a minute…I got another new cover today. I should be able to show it to you on Monday. 🙂 It’s really cool.

Wednesday Hunk Day
Don’t have much to report today. Got some more written on my steampunk story. At some point today, I have to start gathering all my stuff for GRL, and decide what I’m shipping and what I’m bringing with me. I also have to finish putting my promo stuff together. Don’t have much to do on that front. 🙂
I’ll be working on the next blog installment for tomorrow and more steampunk. Yay!

Monday Morning
Well, I did accomplish some things this weekend. I did some writing on my steampunk story, and I re-formated some old stories to get them ready to re-submit to a publisher. Those older stories are m/f stories, and if they get picked up, they’ll be under a different pen name. I don’t want my readers who only read m/m to be confused or get upset because they picked up a m/f by accident. 🙂
I sent them off to a friend to go over and offer me suggestions since the first one was written and published in 2004, and I know my writing has gotten better since then.
I plan on doing more writing today…steampunk and my blog story. 🙂
