Happy Friday
Well, Friday is here and it’s been a good week. Bound by Love came out and debuted at #2 on Samhain’s Top Ten Bestseller list. Woo-hoo! And now it’s at #1. Thank you to everyone who has bought it. I really do appreciate it. Of course, a few of the other books released this week are sneaking up the list as well, so my spot is in jeopardy…lol.
I finished final line edits on High Line, so hopefully that’s done and I should be hearing about final line edits on Where the Devil Dances soon. I have 2500 left in Ghost and that can be sent to my editor. Then it’s on to His Heart’s Home. Once I finish that one, it’ll be a toss of the dice to figure out which story I’ll work on next. I have a list, but sometimes things get rearranged on it to suit my muse. Sam is a very flighty muse and he tends to flit from character to character and I have to work hard to keep him on track. đ

World AIDS Day
HIV/AIDS is a disease that comes with so many terrible side effects. Not just the health issues, but the emotional problems that come from having this illness. Soemtimes it’s not just the person with the virus who is affected. Entire families deal with the consequences that having this disease causes. The strength it takes to deal daily with this disease amazes and awes me. Please keep everyone who might be suffering from HIV/AIDS in your thoughts and prayers today. We must work hard to end this disease.

Here’s the good news I’ve been hinting about since last week or so. Samhain has contracted the second in my Love of Sports series. Garrett pushed to his feet. âI should be going. My flight is early in the morning.â

Something in Garrettâs tone or words hit C.J. Afterwards, he never could figure out what made him do it. He gripped Garrettâs arm, pulling the taller man tight to him. He dropped his glass, not caring about the whiskey stain on the carpet. He buried his fingers in Garrettâs hair and brought their lips together.

I do have a story started titled Devil’s Addiction. It takes place in Regency England. Angel and Greyson are mentioned in it. They are in Paris, happily spying on Napoleon for the English. đ Shade has a bigger role in DA and I’m sure he’ll have his own story at some point. It will be in Shade’s story that we see more of Greyson and Angel. I mean how will Shade be able to deal with falling in love again without having his friends around to help him? lol

Samhain news…
yep…I have another book contracted with Samhain. Just got the news yesterday that they have my signed contract in hand. (I don’t like to mention anything until the publisher has the contract. Just in case something happens…lol)
