New Cover
I’m posting it here, because I’m not totally certain on the comments part of my blog/website yet…lol. So I want to make sure you can all tell me either how much you like this cover or how much you hate it. 🙂
Freaks in Love will be out on March 7th at Amber Allure. And here’s the blurb for it.
Blurb:
James lives in Triad City, working for the West Side Crime Association and hiding a secret that could get him killed. When his boss and the other associations’ leaders are assassinated, James has no choice but to return to the one place he never wanted to go back to, Freak Town. Yet saving the life of the one friend he has in Triad City might be worth risking it all.
Magpie can’t believe he’s been shot and his boss assassinated. Waking up shortly afterward, he discovers he’s in Freak Town where all the mutants live. Nuclear radiation from the war has changed some people into creatures. Wigging out because his friend, James, is one of the Freaks seems sensible to Magpie. Falling in love doesn’t.
Together, the two men must find a way to survive the revolution being planned by the Freaks. Getting out of Triad City is the only way, but will Magpie stand beside James to save himself? Or will he lose his heart to a Freak, proving that the heart loves where it wants instead of where it’s wise?

New Cover-Soothe the Burn
Here’s the awesome new cover for my Amber Allure release, Soothe the Burn. It’ll be out Feb. 7th. I think Trace did a marvelous job on it. 🙂

I put up a tree, begrudgingly…lol. Not that I don’t like Christmas or anything like that, but sometimes the tree is more trouble than it’s worth. Did some writing. Not as much as I would have liked. I consider it was a mini-vacation and I’ll pick it up this week. 🙂

Holiday Freebie
First big news of the day is I have a Holiday Freebie available at the Samhellion. It’s titled Four Gold Rings and features the boys from the Love of Sports series. It’s a free download, so run and grab it. Also, it kicks off Samhain’s December Holiday Freebie month. Almost every day there’ll be another free story to download and enjoy from all the marvelous Samhain authors. My story is a short goodie. 🙂
Second great news of the day is that Playing the Game is out officially, though it’s been available to pre-order for a while now. And some of you might have gotten your copies already. I know the one copy I pre-ordered from Amazon showed up on my doorstep last week. 🙂

Ugh! I hate having a long weekend because then I really don’t want to go back to work on Monday…lol. 🙂 I hope you all had a great holiday.
Well, let’s see. I have good news. I got an email from Liquid Silver and they want to publish my third Home book. There will be a title change from His Heart’s Home to Wishing for a Home. The new title actually comes from a song Derek sings to Max during the story. 🙂
Also, within the next couple of days, I’ll be phasing out this blog and moving/starting a new one at my website. If you’d like to check out what I’ve gotten done so far on my updated website, go to www.tachase.com and wander around. It’s pretty simple at the moment since I didn’t have time to get into a ton of stuff, but at least all my books are on there and the new ones I have coming out. I’ll be doing links and other stuff as I work on it. Hopefully, you all like it.

Welcome to my new home on the web. At the moment, it’s a work in progress. I’m still polishing it and making it pretty, but you’re more than welcome to look around.Happy Hunk Day
Well, it’s the last day of the work week for me. Woot! Can’t wait until it’s over then I have a four day weekend. I’m not going to want to come back to work next week. 🙂
Some good news. Dracul’s Blood, the book I wrote with Carol Lynne, was contracted by Total e-Bound and is scheduled for a June release. (Of course, like every release date, it’s subject to change..lol) Also, Understanding the Past has been contracted by Aspen Mountain Press. I don’t have a date on that one yet. One more….Soothe the Burn (a sci-fi/futuristic story) has been contracted by Amber Allure for a February release. That’s four books coming out so far next year. Since Fighting Dragons will be out next year as well.
I haven’t heard anything about His Heart’s Home from Liquid Silver, but that’s all right. I didn’t expect to hear back from them yet.
I’m working on a couple stories right now…like always. I can’t write just one. 🙂 Also, I plan on revamping my website over the weekend. I’m hoping to get most of it set up, but it might be down for a day or two while I fine tune everything.

Another Foggy Day…
Another foggy drizzling day here. Oh well, at least it’s not snow. 🙂 Have to look at the bright side at some point.
Nothing new to report. The writing is going well, but haven’t quite gotten the story done yet. I hoped to get it finished over the weekend. I ended up busier than I planned. Yet I think it’ll be done this week. I have Thursday off for sure, so while I wait for the food to cook, I can get some work done.
