Better late than never….lol

I really did mean to blog something earlier than this, but I got caught up in the errands I had to run and completely forgot to post. πŸ™‚

Not that I have anything to say….planning on writing this afternoon, though it’s a really nice day out. Might need to go out golfing later on….lol.

I hope everyone has a great Friday and a wonderful weekend.

Happy Hump Day

It’s the middle of the week…yay! It’s a downhill slide to the weekend, though actually I have only one day left. I took Friday off to write and do nothing else. Hopefully, it’s a nice day on Friday….or it could be a rainy day, so I have a reason to stay in…lol.

Work’s been crazy this week, but I’m doing some writing when I get home. It’s all good. πŸ™‚ But I don’t really have anything to talk about today…lol.

I hope you all have a great Wednesday.

Where is Spring?

I borrowed this picture from someone. πŸ™‚ Not sure who, but I thought it would be a great way to start out the week, huh? lol

What happened to our spring time weather? This weekend was freezing and we even had little bits of snow fly on Saturday. Crazy.

I got some writing down. Not as much I would have liked, but still I did okay. Things are progressing on a couple stories and that’s good news.

Well, I hope you all have a great Monday. πŸ™‚

Happy Friday…

Thank goodness, it’s soon to be the weekend. lol. Can’t wait, though I do plan on doing as much writing as I possibly can the next two days.

I sat down the other day and counted how many books I have coming out this year (or are already out) and I figured out that right at this moment, I have as many books contracted for this year as I did for all of last year. Woo-hoo! So whatever else gets contracted is icing on the cake. πŸ™‚ I’m happy about that because I didn’t think I’d be able to hit the mark I set last year, but I did and now I have to realize I might not be able to keep the pace up…lol. But I’ll try.

I hope you all have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend.

Another awesome Cover…

Revealing the Past will be out July 11th (though that date is subject to change). For those of you who aren’t familiar with Amber Quill/Amber Allure, they have a group of books called PAX. Usually five stories written around a center theme. They’re released on the same day and if you buy all five at the same time, you get a discount. Woot! Who can complain about that? πŸ™‚

Revealing is part of the That’s Amore PAX. There will be five stories all set in Italy. Mine happens to be set in Venice on Poveglia Island actually.

Here’s the blurb:

Geoff DuPuis is an American archaeology in search of evidence of the ancient settlement on Poveglia Island in Venice, Italy. He doesn’t care about the stories of ghosts, or the legends of the tragic events that took place on the island. He’s only interested in that one small section of time.

When he meets Dr. Enzio di Salvatore, his guide to the island, he thinks maybe he could investigate something else, like every inch of that Italian stud. Little does he know though, Enzio has a history with the spirits on the island and they demand their due.

Geoff might find out that dealing with angry spirits might end up being easier than falling in love.

So, I was wondering about something. If I were to write a YA novel, would you be interested in it? I have an idea I’m going to start working on. πŸ™‚ It’s a fantasy YA. I’d love to hear your opinions.

I hope you all have a great Hump Day.

Wishing for a Home- release date

For all of those who haven’t heard, I got a release date for Wishing for a Home. It’ll be out April 12th after 7 pm. Liquid Silver Books releases their books at night. πŸ™‚ So I wonder how many of you will be staying up all night to read it…lol.

I’ve been sick the last couple of days, but I’m feeling better. Just fighting a stupid cough now, which I’ve been told (by people who have been sick like me) that the cough will hang around a while. Yay! How fun…lol.

Didn’t do much writing over the weekend. Mostly, I tried to rest and stuff, but I’ll be getting back into the swing of things today.

I hope you all have a wonderful Monday.

Monday again…

I borrowed this picture from someone…can’t remember who. πŸ™‚

Let’s see…this weekend was good. I worked a little on Not Seeing, about halfway through now. Yay! Planning on adding a new story to my calendar this week as well. Have to figure out which one first. For those of you who ask, I’ll be working on Trailing Air, Rover’s story, start in May. Along with the next Sports story…possibly. Though that one might get worked on earlier than that. Depends on how fast I can finish a couple others first.

Mars and Lord will be getting their own story. I’m hoping to schedule that on my work calendar sometime this summer. Along with a few other stories that have been sitting in my WiP files for a long time. Maybe it’s time to visit the Regency era again. I do plan on writing a story for Shade, but there’s another story that will come in between Angel’s Evolution and Shade’s story first before I get to his.

I hope everyone had a great weekend…and have a marvelous Monday.

Wacky Wednesday

Well, it’s my last day off for the week. Have to go back to work tomorrow. Darn it. lol.

Actually haven’t been doing a lot of writing the past couple of days, but I’ll get back into the swing of things today. πŸ™‚

Enjoy the picture and have a great Wednesday.

Woot! It’s Friday

This picture I like because of that whole, “He’s mine. Don’t touch.” look the guy is giving the camera…lol.

Well, the weekend is almost here. I’m working a half day today and then I get three days off next week. Woo-hoo! Can’t wait. We have friends visiting from out of town, so it’s time to entertain. πŸ™‚

Well, the voting is still happening for the blog story….and I’m thrilled with the response. You all have definite opinions on what you want to read.

Writing is going well, and I’m hoping to be able to get some done while my friends are here. I’m an early riser and I don’t think they are, so I should be able to sneak some work in the mornings.

Well, have a great Friday, and remember Freaks in Love comes out on Sunday. I’ll post a link as soon as it’s live. πŸ™‚

March Already….

Already starting the third month of the year…wow. I blinked and February was gone…lol. πŸ™‚

Well, March is a good month for me. I’ll have two releases coming out. Freaks in Love on March 7th and Fighting Dragons on March 30th. Woot! Edits are done on both books, so we’re good there.

Now there is a rumor going around that Wishing for a Home will be out in March. Well, I’m not sure about that. I haven’t done any edits on it, though I’m hoping there won’t be any major ones needing to be done. And to be honest, I’m hoping we can push the release date back to April.

I know. I know. You are all dying to get your hands on Derek and Max, but see, with two releases already scheduled for March, I don’t want to overwhelm you all with books. I mean, I know you’d probably buy them regardless of how many came out in a month, but I don’t want to stretch your book budget to the breaking point.

If LSB is willing to release it in April, I’ll let you know as soon as I can about a date. Also, I have another book coming out in April which happens to be another cowboy book. So you could get two cowboy books that month.

Tomorrow, I’ll be posting two blurbs. You will get to choose which story gets written for the blog. They’re very different from each other, I have to say…lol. I hope you think both of them are interesting.

I hope you have a great Monday. πŸ™‚
