Woot!
Marvelous news. Yesterday, while I was killing time before meeting some friends for dinner, I stopped by my local B&N…and like I always do, I check out the Gay & Lesbian shelves (also the romance shelves) to see if they might happen to have any of my books. OMG! Imagine my happy surprise when I see they have a copy of A Tabloid Love. I wanted to jump up and down and squeal like a little girl seeing Justin Beiber. (or however you spell his last name)
I didn’t. Mostly because there wasn’t anyone else with me…lol. I took a picture of it on the shelf, and went to ask the manager if I could autograph it for whoever was wonderful enough to buy it. They let me…and I’m was so excited. π
Moving on, I’m working the edits for Pestilence, then back to the Christmas story I’m working on. I have to say I’ve written most of it out in longhand, and will have to type it in, but I think I have over half of it done now. π Hopefully, by the end of the long weekend, I’ll get it done completely.
I hope you all have an awesome and safe Labor Day weekend. π

Now I feel like a heel for not coming here to tell you that back in June, for the first time I visited B&N here in NC I saw a copy of one of your books. The LGBT section was quite small and very disorganized. I was disappointed there were not many choices there. See? you're everywhere!
That is so exciting! Congrat, T.A.! You are such an inspiration and I look forward to each and every one of your stories. Thank you for sharing your writing. Have an awesome weekend!
very cool congratulations
are you gonna be at any conventions or book signings anytime soon
That is so cool! When I worked at the now(soon to be) defunct Borders, one of my jobs was contacting local authors to arrange book signing. It was always fun to have them come in and to see their faces for the first time they saw their books on the shelf. The cutest thing was having a gentleman of about 65-70 staring at the romance section. When I asked him if I could help, he said no he was just looking at his wife's books-who knew that Jane Feather lived 3 miles from the store!
soooo cool! π I felt the same way when I found out two LGBT erotica poems of mine were getting published — wonderful feeling!
That is so totally cool!!! π
Have a great weekend TA. π
