Yay! It’s Friday….
Not sure why I’m so excited about it being Friday. It really doesn’t mean anything different to me. I’m still going to be writing over the weekend…lol. It simply means people will be home with me all day instead of arriving home after work. 😀
I wonder if authors have sympathy pains according to what their characters are feeling. The guy Death is going to fall in love with is a heroin addict, and in the scene I was writing right before I went to bed last night, he shoots up. By the time I climbed into bed, the inside of my elbow hurt like I’d stabbed it with something. (Possibly an imaginary needle?)
Death is going pretty well, and I’m happy with how it’s flowing right now. 🙂

Hunk Day
Well, I’m up and at ’em this morning. Got all the morning chores out of the way. Now I’m ready to sit down and do some serious writing. I’m 3k into Death, and he’s really talking to me. I’m 1k into my Valentine’s story…and I need to make sure I work on that today as well. Plus I have the next installment of They Walk Among Us to do.
I’m going to be very busy today, but heck, I don’t mind. It’s fun to create worlds in my head, and put them on paper to see if other people think they’re as cool as I do. Of course, I’ve always been a bit of a day dreamer, so it’s easy for me to let my mind wander, and imagine things. 🙂

Good Monday…
Well, today’s the start of another week. Yay! lol. I’ll be starting Death today, and do some more work on Bring Him Gold. Hopefully, I’ll get a good amount done on BHG today.
I’m doing some volunteering at the museum I used to work at today as well. So I’m off to do that this morning, then when I get back, I’ll get started.

Yay! It’s Friday….
I hope you all have great plans for this weekend. Today, I’m going to write The End on Famine. Woot! Then write up the synopsis, and fill out the book information before I send it in. This weekend, I’m going to work on the short story for Amber Allure. Monday is the start of Death…lol.
I really don’t have much to say…lol. It’s been a sort of quiet week for me.

Wednesday Hunk
Woot! Halfway through the week, and I’m only about 6k away from finishing Famine. 🙂 I have to write the last chapter and the epilogue. Then it’s on to the synopsis and book info form. Once that’s done, I have a very short story I need to write for Amber Allure. After that, it’s on to Death. I know for sure the Four Horsemen series will be complete and turned into my editor by the end of the year. 😀
So the last two days have been good for writing. I’m hoping that trend continues…lol. I’m getting a late start, but now that I’m up, I’ll make up for that. Keeping my fingers crossed I can finish Famine today.

Love’s Baggage is out.
Love’s Baggage, Bandit’s story and the third book in the Preternatural series, is available at Amber Allure now. Actually it came out yesterday, but I was still down in New Orleans, so I couldn’t post about it. 🙂 It’s also part of a PAX, so it’s discounted that way, I believe. Hope you get to check it out.
I had a lot of fun at GRL, and met so many awesome people (readers and authors alike). I can’t wait for next year’s retreat…lol. Of course, I have to recover from this one first. I did get some writing done, but I’m hoping to do the big final push this week to get Famine finished. But it’s nice to be home as well.

Things have gotten pretty exciting in Bandit Canis’s world. Non-Preters trying to kill any lycan or Preternatural they can find, and his youngest brother falling in love with a human. Plus finding out there’s a spell in a book that could destroy every Preternatural in the world. Yeah, “exciting” is a pale word for what Bandit’s life has become. Yet instead of searching for the book, Bandit finds himself escorting twin lycans back to their home pack. While he’s not happy about it, at least he gets to spend time with Allen Dow.
Allen is reluctant to return to his home pack to regain control, especially after being sold to a human freak show years ago by his Alpha. He has no choice, though, once he learns how far the pack had fallen in his absence. The only good thing about the entire trip is spending time with Bandit.
As their mission turns deadly, Bandit and Allen cling to each other, their love growing stronger as they both leave the baggage of the past behind them. While their future is unclear in the dangerous world in which they live, they also come to realize that, together, they may be able to weather whatever happens next…

I really hoped to have the next two installments of They Walk Among Us written and ready to post, but I had so much to do to get ready to leave tomorrow, I didn’t get them finished.
I promise they will be up next Tuesday. The rest of this week will be some nice eye candy though. 🙂

I did a lot of writing. I’m now over halfway done with Famine, and hoping to get it finished before I head to New Orleans next week. Then it’s on to Death. lol Such happy titles, aren’t they? But I guarantee the books have happy endings.
Well, I better go. I’m getting a late start to the day, so I need to start writing soon. Have a good Monday.
End of the week….
Wow…where did the week go? It seemed to rush right by without giving me a chance to think about anything. At least I’ve been writing, so that’s always a good thing. I’m still trying to decide which stories I’m going to pick for you to choose from. I haven’t decided if it is going to be a couple you’ve met before, or two guys you haven’t seen before. So many possibilities…lol.
I hope you all have a great weekend. I plan on writing most of it, even if I have to leave the house to do it.
Hunky Thursday
Sorry about this post being so late. I got it all ready to be posted, and promptly got distracted by other things…lol. Not that I had a lot to say or anything like that. Haven’t had the time to pick out a new blog story. I think I’ll have something for you all to chose from next Tuesday. 🙂 Hopefully either one of them will a story you’d like to read.
Famine is going well. I had a dilemma all last night and this morning about something in the story, but as I was writing this post, I came up with a solution. Yay! Have to go back to the beginning of the story and add a few things, but I think it’ll work out okay.
Got the edits done for Love’s Baggage, which is Bandit’s story. Also, it helps move the entire Preternatural story along, imo. 🙂
