Two of the sweetest words

Along with Love you and More Vodka, THE END are two of the sweetest words. I got to type those in tonight. Wrapping up NO GOING HOME at the unofficial word total of 65,235 words. I wrote 6400 words tonight to get it done. πŸ™‚ So join me for a drink. I’m sure our bartender will let you do body shots off him. He seems like an accomdating guy.

Now, I’ll be reading it through and editing it. Then it’s going to be submitted. πŸ™‚ Paige, who was gracious enough to read my first story, Here Be Dragons, has agreed to look this one over as well. I hope she falls in love with Les and Randy like I did.

so ladies, my cowboy muses are available if you would like to give them new homes…lol. They might stick around for a day or two until I finally submit it, but after that, they’re free game.

Have a great night.

We’re pretty much all easy in here, Kate.

  2. T.A.Chase says:

lol…Kate, you’re not the only easy one here. πŸ™‚

I love a bartender who isn’t afraid to use bribery. I mean, if you’ve got alcohol and hotness you can pretty much get us writers to do anything you want. ; )

Or is that just me? Phenh. So I’m easy. Sue me.

    ; )

Oooh…vanilla vodka. I’ll have to get him to serve me some. Yummy!

I’m sure you whirling your shirt over your head at Fal’s place might get you more photos. πŸ™‚

Thanks girl. Now as soon as you finish your work in progress…the bartender will be serving all the drinks you want and maybe he’ll take the apron off. πŸ˜‰

Yay, TA!! Doing a little happy dance. Okay so it’s more of a happy strip because the bartender served me double shots of vanilla vodka in my coke. Accomodating my left foot…the man is generous with the booze. And that cheest. Grr. But whoo and hoo, babe! (whips off shirt, swings it around head)

    Oooh pardon me.

    Wrong crowd.

*skipping off to swing it at Fal’s place*

Thanks Sherrill. Now it’s time for reading it over and making sure I didn’t change their eye color half way through the story and little things like that. πŸ™‚ And hopefully, Paige won’t email me and say ‘What the f*ck were you thinking in this scene?’ lol

  7. Sherrill Quinn says:

Yay! I’ve always said “the end” are two of the sweetest words in the English language–and I was right! Congratulations, T.A.

  8. T.A.Chase says:

Thanks. πŸ™‚ Ah, but I don’t have the distractions you do, Paige and I get complusive when I can see the end of a book in sight. Like a dog with a ball…gotta get to the end…gotta get to the end. πŸ˜‰

Yeah! I should get to read it this weekend! Oh, and I’m super jealous btw, your word count is killing me!
