What’s a shapeshifter to do when the man he desperately wants is allergic to him?

Raymond Marvels never imagines his call to the IT department at his graphics design job would result in his meeting Lou Canis, the most gorgeous man he’s ever seen. There’s one small problem, though—Ray is allergic to Lou. Yet his allergy is only one of the weird things going on between them.

Lou, a werewolf, isn’t sure how to fix the situation, because it seems his would-be lover’s allergy is to Lou’s human form and not his canine one. Lou decides to tell Ray his deep dark secret, which has unexpected results when Ray embraces both sides of Lou. Yet after a witch doctor gives Ray some medicine to solve his problem, Ray and Lou discover they must also face a dangerous conspiracy evolving around them…

Excerpt:
…Lou stood in the conference room doorway, watching Ray sketch something on the pad of paper in front of him. Lou couldn’t help smiling at the cute picture Ray made with the tip of his tongue sticking out between plump lips as the dark-haired man concentrated. Lou’s cock stiffened when he imagined those lips wrapped around it and that tongue licking his skin.

He must have moved or made some sort of noise because Ray looked over his shoulder at him and an adorable blush colored the younger man’s cheeks. Lou strolled to the table and rested a hip on the edge, putting his groin at the same level as Ray’s face.

“What’s the verdict?” Ray shifted, seeming uncertain whether to move away or move closer.

Easing forward slightly, Lou grimaced. “Well, I can fix it, I think, but it might take a couple of days.”

“Good and bad news mixed together.”

Ray’s voice was a little breathless and his gaze was trained on Lou’s groin. Lou couldn’t resist. Cupping the back of Ray’s head, he brought the man’s mouth to his. Ray braced his hands on Lou’s thighs and sighed.

Licking along the seam of Ray’s lips, Lou asked silently for entrance. Ray opened and Lou eased in his tongue, not wanting to overwhelm the other man. The tentative way Ray kissed him told Lou this pretty man wasn’t experienced. Unlike Lou who, in his younger days, would fuck anyone who was willing.

The taste of coffee, sugar and cinnamon danced on his tongue as he stroked it along the roof of Ray’s mouth. Ray shivered and moaned, his hands opening and closing as if he didn’t know quite what to do with them. Lou grasped Ray’s left hand with his free hand and placed it on his hip. Scooting closer, he spread his legs and maneuvered Ray’s chair between his thighs. When Ray was in the right spot, Lou urged Ray to stand.

Their height difference made their positions perfect. Lou slid his hand down Ray’s back to squeeze his ass. Nice, round and firm. Lou growled low, thinking how tight it would be around his cock.

Ray jumped and started to pull away, lips swollen from their kiss. His dark chocolate eyes were glazed with desire and an intriguing bulge graced the front of his gray slacks. Lou’s strength would have ensured he kept Ray in close contact, but he didn’t want to freak the man out. That would come all in good time if he chose to stick around.

He caressed Ray’s jaw, trailing his rough fingers over the smooth skin. Closing his eyes, Ray took a deep breath and sneezed.

“Excuse me. Sorry. We shouldn’t do this here.” Ray waved a vague hand toward the door, while trying to pull a tissue from his pocket. “Not that I didn’t like it or anything.”

Lou leered at the stuttering designer and palmed Ray’s hard-on. “I can tell. Not easy to fake that.”

Ray stepped back, tripping over the chair. Lou lunged from the table and caught his soon-to-be lover before Ray could bruise that tempting ass of his.

“Sorry. I’m a bit of a klutz at times.”

“No harm done. I shouldn’t have surprised you like that, I guess.” Lou held on, making sure Ray got his balance before letting go. “Are you not out here?”

Ray shrugged, tugging nervously on his shirtsleeves. “It’s not that I’m not out. No one’s bothered to ask me. I’m not ashamed of being gay, just figure it’s no one’s business. If they don’t ask, I’m not volunteering. You know? I just assume employees kissing on company time might be frowned upon.”

God, Ray’s babbling was so adorable, which was weird since Lou had never gone for the geeky, inexperienced type before this. Guess there really was truth in “opposites attract” because geeky and inexperienced were not words anyone would use to describe Lou.

“Gotcha. I’ll try not to grope you.” He winked.

“Oh, I don’t mind you groping me.” Ray ducked his head, grabbed his sketchbook and mumbled, “I think I’ll leave before I stick my foot any farther into my mouth.”

Lou stood and moved, blocking Ray’s exit. “I’m going to take your computer home tonight and I should have it fixed by tomorrow for you. I’ll drop it off in the morning.”

Sneeze. Sniffle.

“Thanks.” Ray shook his head. “I better stop and get some allergy medicine. I’ve never had them hit so hard before.”

“Would you be willing to have lunch with me tomorrow? I promise to control myself and not suck you off under the table.”

Stunned, Ray stared at Lou, his mouth opening and closing like a fish…
