Pimping Books…

Read My Fair Captain by J.L. Langley over the weekend. I enjoyed it. An interesting twist on both regency books and futuristics. I really enjoyed and I hope there will be more books with not only these two main characters, but with the other brothers from Aiden’s family.

Also, Anne Cain and Barbara Sheridan have a new book out at Liquid Silver. Silk and Poison looks like an intriguing story set in a time period we don’t read a lot about. It definitely sounds dark though, so if you’re not into really dark stories, this might not be the one for you. But stop by and read the blurb. You just might be tempted. 🙂 I have it on my ‘pile’ to read this weekend.

Have a great Friday everyone. I’m going to try and keep cool. 🙂

Loved MFC! I try to catch all of Langley’s works. Right now I am in a Sean Michael phase(just marking time until you finish TA-lol)
I think I’m going to pass on Silk&Poison. As much as I love their stuff-this ones seems too dark for me.
    Have a great weekend.

My Fair Captain is very funny. I like the humor by J.L. Langley. And I have also bought Sheridan & Cain’s Silk and Poison, but not read yeat. But Mrs Giggles gives them a wonderful rating and declares the book a keepers. elisa
