Joy of the Season available

Good morning, everyone. I hope you all survived the holiday weekend…lol. I wanted to let you all know my Christmas story is available now at MLR Press. It’s part of their Holiday extravaganza. They’re releasing one book a day..well, on Fridays, there will be two released. So 46 books in all.

Joy of the Season is a story I started a while ago, and when Kris asked me if I’d like to write something for them, I thought of this story. Run to MLR Press (click here), and check out all the wonderful stories released so far, plus mine. 🙂

Here’s the blurb:

Hal Sims runs a non-profit hospice named after his older brother. For ten years, he’s thrown himself into running the charity, and keeping his brother’s memory alive. Hal doesn’t have time for a relationship, especially with a rich golden boy like Tavis Komen.

Tavis Komen wants to change his life, and decides volunteering at Rupert’s Legacy is the first step to a better him. Meeting Hal Sims hits Tavis in ways he never planned.

When one of the hospice residents takes a turn for the worse, Tavis and Hal come together to comfort each other, and Tavis shows Hal there is joy to be found in a season that Hal has lost all interest in.

Hope you enjoy it. 🙂 Have a great Monday, everyone.

I just finished it. Your books are always excellent, but this one is a true jewel. Though it was definitely intense and between your and William Neale's- I made the mistake of reading the two tearjerkers back to back :)-I ended up having one giant cry. Definitely one I'll be rereading closer to Christmas!!

I read this last night – another stellar read, even if I did cry a little. I highly recommend it.
