Finally….

My cover for my upcoming Samhain release, Out of Bounds. It’s on the coming soon page at Samhain as well. There’s no blurb up there, so I’ll post the unedited version here for you all. It’s been given the release date of April 22. Of course, none of those dates are set in stone. In case something happens. 🙂

Here’s the blurb:

Professional basketball player, Kasey Johnson, likes guys, but he keeps those longings out of the public eye. Kasey’s secret is safe until he meets a nightclub owner who ignites a passionate inferno in his body.

Ingram Fletcher owns Liverpool, the most popular gay club in Phoenix. He’s lusted after Kasey since they first met a year ago. Unsure of Kasey’s preferences, Gram has never made a move, but a kiss in a crowded club starts Gram wondering if a relationship would be possible.

Spending a romantic weekend together, Kasey and Gram realize that what starts as simple lust can blossom into love.

Isn’t the cover awesome? Anne did it again. 🙂

Hope everyone is safe, warm and has a great Friday.

    Gaia19,

I have to admit I haven’t gotten an idea yet for a soccer story..though that sport is on the list.

I do have one with an American football player in mind. It might even be the next one after the race car story. 🙂

Being a huge football fan (not American football) I love all things sports (movies, books) so I am looking forward to the release.

The cover is nicely done by Anne 🙂

I read his book, Melissa. it was pretty interesting. And so sad that people would react that way. 🙁

Out of Bounds is the first in a series of sports related stories. The next one I’m working on is Kasey’s twin brother, Garrett’s story. He’s an openly gay actor who falls in love with a recently ‘outed’ NASCAR driver.

Anne does such an awesome job on my covers.

The plater’s name is John Ameachi and it was only four years after he retired. He wrote a book called Man In The Middle.

Cover is gorgeous, TA and the book is my list to buy as soon as it becomes available. I think your story premise is very interesting because pro sports is a very homophobic arena. I saw an interview with a former NBA player who came out like ten years after he retired and former teamates stopped speaking to him and fans sent him nasty hate mail. My heart broke for this poor man.
