Destroying Belief blurb…

This is the picture that inspired the story I’m working on now…Destroying Belief. Actually it should be the cover when I get it finished. It’ll be out at Amber Allure as part of their Masquerade series. 🙂

I did write up the blurb for DB last night, so I thought I’d share it with you. I haven’t finished the story yet, but I’m only about 4-5k away from being done. And I’m happy that I got the blurb done ahead of time.

So here’s the blurb:

Clive Fishburne, the youngest son of the Earl of Wiltseshire, is on his Grand Tour. As a sickly child, he dreamed of visiting Venice and makes sure it’s the last stop before he is to return to England. With his best friend, Viscount Freemont, he arrives in Venice to enjoy Carnival, the week before Lent starts and all things go.

At a ball, he’s seduced by a masked stranger and he gives into the pleasures he’s always wondered about. Damiano takes Clive to heights he’s never experienced and in the process, Clive falls in love with the mysterious Italian. Then one night, Damiano fails to appear and Clive wonders if Damiano’s done playing with him. If after taking his virginity, Damiano sees no challenge in Clive.

Clive returns to England, heartbroken and sick, wondering if Damiano’s confession of love is real or simply the magic of Carnival where all things are hidden behind masks.

I hope you all find it interesting enough to check out when it’s available. I don’t have a release date yet. As soon as I get one, I’ll let you all know.

Have a great Thursday.
