New Release

Sorry everyone. Got caught in some other business and totally forgot to post anything today. ๐Ÿ™ Bad TA.

Anyway, my newest book is available now. From Slavery to Freedom is about Malachi, a demon, who falls in love with a young human. How they deal with their baggage is interesting, and watching them fall in love is entertaining…I hope.

It’s available here.

Hope you enjoy it…oh and it’s the sequel to Out of Light, into Darkness. ๐Ÿ™‚

Have a great Monday.

Wednesday’s Hunk

Thank God the heat broke. Last week was terrible, and I spent most of it indoors while I worked through some personal things. But going to the beach might be fun if there’s scenery like this guy…lol.

I’m writing and hoping to get From Yesterday done sooner than later. Woot! All the final edits are done on From Slavery to Freedom and Ninja Cupcakes. So I’m hoping FStF will up for pre-order soon. Not sure about Ninja Cupcakes, since it’s part of an anthology and I’m not sure when/if the others have done their edits yet. ๐Ÿ™‚ As soon as it goes up, I’ll let you all know.

I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I didn’t accomplish much of what I wanted to do. But I’m going to do better this week, and hopefully finish From Yesterday. I have to do the edits for From Slavery to Freedom today and turn those in. Once that’s done, I’ll be working on FY and Threadbare Gypsy Souls as well. Yay!

Have a great Monday, everyone.

Another new Cover and Blurb

From Slavery to Freedom is the sequel to Out of Light into Darkness, my vampire story. This one will be out at the end of July, and then hopefully we’ll be able to combine the two of them into a print book. ๐Ÿ™‚ ย It’s not up on the Coming Soon page at Total e-Bound yet, so I can’t give you a link. I thought I’d share the blurb with you though. ๐Ÿ™‚

Can a caged human learn how to be free, and break down the bars imprisoning a demonโ€™s heart?

Malachi has spent centuries as the bodyguard and head security guard for Andor, a master vampire. Heโ€™s never concerned himself with the humans around him, seeing them as lesser creatures. It isnโ€™t until Andor falls in love with a human, that Malachi begins to see some value in them.

Since he was fifteen, Doll has lived in a cage, being used and beaten by humans and vampires alike. Some days, heโ€™s not even sure heโ€™s sane any more, but some hidden strength keeps him going on instead of begging for death.

In fateful night, Doll and Malachi cross paths, and it changes their lives forever.

Sorry about posting this late. Got caught up in writing. ๐Ÿ™‚

Have a great day.

Happy Hunk Day

There’s just something about this guy’s eyes and smile that I love. I had to post it. You can find the rest of the series at Beautiful Magazine. They have some awesome eye candy photos, but most of them aren’t safe for work. Just keep that in mind if you visit…lol.

I just got the news yesterday that Tramps, the second in The Beasor Chronicles, has been moved up to be released August 20th. Which means I need to get cracking and finish it up. The reason it’s being moved up is because Total e-Bound is re-releasing The Vanguard in September. Woo-hoo! I’m really excited about the whole thing because starting in July, I’ll have at least one book a month coming out from TeB, and in July, August, and Dec. I’ll have two books each of those months coming out. We’ve done our best to try and alternate new books with re-releases. So you’ll be getting something new from me every other month, plus all your old favorites with new covers.

I also just saw the cover for From Slavery to Freedom, and as soon as I get the okay, I’ll share it with you. I’m pretty sure we’ll be putting Slavery and Out of Light into Darkness together in a print book, which would be great. ๐Ÿ™‚

I still have some other older books whose rights I’ve gotten back, and have to work out who they’re going to. As you might have noticed, you can no longer get Fighting Dragons, Ghost of a Chance, and Dreaming of Dragons from Loose-Id. I’m pretty sure I have a new publisher for them, so as soon as I can, I’ll let you know when those will be available again. Also, I still have to see about finding a home for Death or Life and Not Seeing is Believing. The reason those two don’t have a place yet is simply because I haven’t had the time to re-format them to the right template. As soon as I get a moment to do that, I’ll send them in, and let you know about them as well. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I have final edits to do on Pursing Hope and Angel’s Evoultion. Those will be done today, I’m hoping…along with other things I’ve been neglecting. Most of which are forms I have to fill out…lol. I did let you all know Angel is being re-released by MLR Press, right?

Someone asked about Rover’s story, and I’m hoping I can get to it later this year. I have a few other stories I’ve promised first to different publishers, but as soon as those are done, I’ll be getting to his story. ๐Ÿ™‚

Well, I think that’s all I have to say at the moment. I hope you all have a great Wednesday.

Happy Hunky Day

Well, it’s the middle of the week, and I’m not sure I’ve accomplished all I wanted to. So I’m going to have to knuckle down and get some stuff written. I did sign the contract for From Slavery to Freedom, which is the sequel to Out of Light Into Darkness. From Slavery is about Malachai, Andor’s bodyguard. I think you’ll like it, and the other good news is it’ll be put into a print book with Out of Light. Yay!

I hope you all have a great day, and stay safe out there. ๐Ÿ™‚

Last Monday in February

Since it’s so close to the end of the month, I thought I’d let you all know what my news is. If you’ve gone to ARe, or really any of the 3rd party sellers-or to Liquid Silver Books website to look for any of my books published by them, you won’t find them. After four great years being published with them and working with them, I decided to take the rights back to all my books. The only two left with LSB at the moment are Where the Devil Dances, and Two for One. Because both of those are published with other authors, I had to wait the full 90 days before I could get those back. Which is fine with me.

Again, I want to emphasize that my decision had nothing to do with Liquid Silver Books. They’re great people, and I loved working with them. I just decided it was time to move my books somewhere else. The purpose behind it is to consolidate my publishers and make it a little less of a search for you, the readers, to find my books. If I have them at three or four publishers instead of six or seven, it’d be quicker…lol.

And the good news is Total e-Bound has decided to pick up the Home series and Stealing Life so far. The other books are under review with them. ๐Ÿ™‚ ย So at the moment, I have release dates for them, barring any unforeseen problem. ย No Going Home will be re-released Oct. 15th, Home of His Own-Dec. 31st. Wishing for a Home-Jan 28th. ย Also, I have release dates for the last two books in the series, Leaving Home will be out Feb. 25th and Home Sweet Home will be out March 25th. Stealing Life will be out April 22nd. The other news is all of the Home books will be released in print as well. I added more to Wishing to get it up to the right word count for print. So that’s awesome news.

Now I know you’re all probably grumbling about having to wait until next year for the last two books in the series, but at least you have actual dates to mark on your calendar to look forward to. ๐Ÿ™‚ There are six more LSB books that TeB will be taking a look at to see if they want them or not. If not, I do have other options to publishing them, so they will be re-released at some point.

I did a pre-release schedule from Total e-Bound that goes through April of 2013. That makes me happy, and it’s a schedule I can keep without pulling my hair out…lol. I finished From Slavery to Freedom on Friday, and sent it off to my beta reader. Once she’s done, and tells me everything I need to fix, I’ll get it in to my editor at TeB. FStF is scheduled to be released on July 31st. Woot! I’m working on The Deepest Cut at the moment, trying to get it finished as well. We’ll see how far I can get on that before I have to start the second book in The Beasor Chronicles trilogy.

There are plans to take back some other books back from another publisher of mine, but until it actually happens, I’m keeping as silent as I can about that. ๐Ÿ™‚ Again, I’m taking my rights back for no other reason than it’s time to move on. It’s been fun working with all my different publishers. Simply time to gather my little ducklings into fewer baskets.

I hope you all have a great day.

Hunk Day

Wow..we’re heading down the homestretch of February, and again, it’s gone by so darn fast. There were some things I meant to do in Feb. but haven’t gotten around to them yet. I might have to push them into March. Ugh!

Anyway, writing is going well. I’m coming down to the last couple of chapters of From Slavery to Freedom. Then it’s on to the next book that needs to be written, plus one or two more that will be worked on as well during the month. Oh, I have good news. I’ve worked out a pre-release schedule with Total e-Bound that stretches all the way into April of next year. I’m so excited to have books with release dates that far in advance. It helps keep me honest about which ones I have to write, and keeps me on a schedule. But I’m also able to fit in other stories for my other pubs as well. ๐Ÿ™‚ Which is always good…lol.

Have a great day, everyone.

Famine is here….

Hey everyone, the third book in The Four Horsemen series is out now. Famine can be picked up at Total e-Bound. Just click here to check it out.

Here’s the blurb again:

Saving a dying man might be just what Famine, the Black Horseman, needs to feed his starving heart.

Having been sacrificed by his village shaman, Famine knows what itโ€™s like to do anything to survive. He wanders the world, sowing drought and starvation in his wake. Yet he hates being the Black Horseman more than anything in the world, except the man who ended his life all those centuries ago. Famine never stops doing his job, and never allows himself to fall in love.

Ekundayo wants a better life for himself, so he steals a diamond from the mine where he works. Nothing goes well for him after that, and he finds himself dying in the desert on his way to the border. When heโ€™s rescued by Famine, Ekundayo isnโ€™t sure if his luck has changed or not. The longer he stays in Famineโ€™s company, the more Ekundayo discovers he just might be falling in love with Famine.

One bad choice of Ekundayoโ€™s part, and a future together seems out of reach. Will Famine let his only possibility of love go or will he defy Death himself to keep Ekundayo?

Yay! I’m so excited for all of you to meet Famine. I hope you enjoy him. ๐Ÿ™‚

Well, I have to get writing. didn’t actually get much accomplished over the weekend, and I want From Slavery to Freedom done by the end of the week. Of course, it’s gone a little longer than I thought it would…lol. Hope my editor doesn’t mind.

Have a great day, everyone.

Embraced in Gold Cover

This is the cover for the print version of Embrace My Reflection and Bring Him Gold. Isn’t it so pretty? It will be out some time in March.

Also, Bring Him Gold came out yesterday for those of you who haven’t heard. ๐Ÿ™‚ A happy Valentine’s Day story giving us a glimpse into what’s happening with Ronnie and Lucius. Click here to check it out.

I have three sets of edits to do this week, so the next installment of They Walk Among Us might not be available until Wednesday. I really want to get all the edits out of the way, so I can focus on finishing From Slavery to Freedom, work on The Deepest Cut, and two other stories I’d really like to get started and finished asap as well. ๐Ÿ™‚ It’s a tall order, but Slavery, DC, and one of the other stories are all halfway done, it’s simply a matter of filling in spots or writing the last few chapters. Only From Yesterday will be started from scratch. We’ll have to see. The new one I added to my schedule needs to be in by the beginning of May, so I might move it to work on in March along with Tramps.

Well, I guess I better get to editing. Yay! I hope you all have a great Monday. ๐Ÿ™‚
